One of my favourite AI tools is definitely Claude by Anthropic.

What I love the most about Claude is its personality. When I ask it questions, it provides thoughtful opinions rather than just affirming what I want to hear. It also asks me deeper and better questions that make me think more about how I could solve a problem.

I use Claude more as a thought buddy, for example when I’m wrestling through any business or life problems, Claude is my go-to conversational partner.

I can type at 156 words per minute, which I thought was fast until I timed myself speaking instead.

Comment ‘FLOW’ below and I'll send you a link for one month of Wispr Flow Pro, completely free ⬇️

I gave Claude a whole prompt about planning a 20-person team offsite in Thailand, Airbnbs, activities, the works, and it took about 20 seconds to say out loud. Typing that would've taken way longer.

The tool I've been using is called @wisprflow and it's genuinely changed how I interact with my computer. It works in literally every app, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Slack, emails, whatever. Anywhere you'd normally type, you just speak instead.

And before you say "just use Siri dictation" - I've tried. Built-in dictation makes loads of mistakes and doesn't clean anything up. Wispr Flow is fast, almost never gets things wrong, and it actually turns the way you speak into text that's ready to send. Capitalises proper nouns, removes the ums and ahs, all of it.

So if you’d like a free 30-day trial of Wispr Flow Pro, comment FLOW 👇

Our team had a role that nobody could fill.

We needed someone who could pull data across all our apps, chase team members for numbers they weren't submitting, and handle all the operational stuff that just piles up. Basically do the boring work no one else wanted to do 😅

So we hired Viktor. Viktor is an AI employee that lives inside our Slack account, which makes it ridiculously easy for anyone on the team to message him with whatever they need.

On day one, Nicole our social media manager asked Viktor to create carousel templates for Instagram, and we've been using them ever since. He also set up a weekly briefing that pulls data from all our social media and YouTube into a nice report.

Owen asked him to pull pipeline stats for our Lifestyle Business Academy applicants so we can see applications vs interviews at a glance.

All of it comes directly through Slack, where the team already spends their time. I'd been trying for months to get my team to actually use AI tools for work. But Viktor felt less like a chatbot and more like an actual employee, and that's when usage skyrocketed.

If you’d like to give Viktor a go for free, comment VIKTOR and I’ll send you $100 of free work credit. No credit card needed. 🙌

One of the most common questions I get is "I want to start a business but I have no idea what I'd actually build”.

Honestly, figuring out your niche is one of the hardest parts - you definitely have skills and expertise, but you're usually too close to them to see how valuable they could be.

So I teamed up with @perplexity to build a completely free tool called the Niche Lab 🧪

Here's how it works:

- It interviews you about your skills, passions and experience
- Generates business ideas tailored specifically to you
- Scores each idea on market demand, audience reach and revenue potential
- Creates a 30, 60 and 90-day business plan for your chosen idea
- Gives you a week of ready-to-post content so you can start testing in the real market

It's built with Perplexity Computer and it's completely free to use 💻

Comment ‘NICHE’ and I’ll send you the tool to try out ⬇️

I can’t believe I was on a billboard in New York City 🍎

I’ve been working with @circleapp for over 5 years now and it was great to be able to work with them on this particular campaign.

If you’re a creator or educator and want to build your own community, you can visit their website ‘circle.so' to try it out.

And if you’re based in NYC, did you see me on the billboard? 👀

If you have a friend who is chronically single, send them this book 👀

It's called How to Not Die Alone by @loganury. She's a behavioural scientist turned dating coach and she's now basically the head of behavioural science at Hinge.

The book takes insights from behavioural science and applies them to the world of dating, and it's genuinely really good.

I read it about four years ago, right when I first met my wife ❤️ She actually recommended it to me on our first date. I read the book, and we are now married. So yeah, it works 😂

If you’d like more of my book recommendations, comment BOOKS down below and I’ll send you my top 100 list 👇

When I left medicine, I had no idea what I actually wanted to do with my life.

A traditional career, like being a doctor, gives you a clear path which you just follow. But once I stepped away from that, I kept asking myself the same question over and over.

Then I found The Odyssey Plan 👀

It’s a simple exercise from Stanford’s Life Design Lab. You write out 3 possible versions of your life over the next 5 years:

1️⃣ Your current path: what happens if you keep going as you are

2️⃣ A completely different path: what you’d do if option 1 disappeared

3️⃣ The no-limits path: what you’d do if money and judgment didn’t matter

Doing this exercise a few years ago genuinely changed my life. It helped me see options I didn’t know I had.

Save this post and try it in your own time. You only need a journal and 30 minutes 🧭
