It makes me sad that people will inevitably see a mom doing this and try to shame her for feeding her kids smiley fries and processed foods. But what I see is a mom getting dinner on the table with the help of some convenience foods that contain protein and fibre, and pairing it with some fruit for extra nutrients. But what I see is a mom getting dinner on the table with the help of some convenience foods that contain protein and fibre, and pairing it with some fruit for extra nutrients. The raw milk trend is one of the biggest passes given how there’s no major benefits and a lot of risks. Pasteurization was a public health advancement for a reason.

The way we interpret science and research matters. And if an influencer isn’t providing references or is misinterpreting science based on their agenda, that’s a major red flag.
