ad Smoked Paprika Butter Chickpeas with Flora 🧈🫘🍳🌿 This is one of the BEST brunches I’ve made for AGES - the chickpeas were immense guys & served with that warm, buttery flatbread… talk to me. Flora Buttery absolutely MADE this dish omg. High in protein, high in fibre & also an Omega 3 hit (we got there in the END lol) from Flora Buttery. Plus, you seriously need 12 minutes for this so nutritious AND delicious with no faffing about hehe. To make yours (serves 1)… 🧈 Pop your egg onto boil - I do mine for 6 mins 30. Once done, run under cold water & leave in there until you need to peel. 🧈 Heat 1.5tbsp of Flora Buttery in a saucepan and add 1tsp garlic, 1tsp of smoked paprika, 0.5tsp of cumin and a sprinkle of chilli flakes (optional). 🧈 Heat through for 1 minute before adding 1tbsp tomato paste. 🧈 Add your chickpeas with a little of the brine (I used about 3tbsp worth) and bring to a simmer. Season with salt & pepper. 🧈 Once warmed through, lower the heat and add 1tbsp of cream. Mix well and remove from the heat. 🧈 Serve up with buttered flatbreads, your jammy boiled egg, a little feta and some fresh parsley & enjoy !! XX #StartOfSomethingBetter #Flora
