The bites are GOOD diva & it’s so hard to find veggie snacks like these when you’re out & about! ad Cinnamon & Maple Banana Toast with Flora 🍌🍫🍁🧈🤭 Now, low key I hate bananas… until they’re cooked !! & when carmelised in Flora Original, cinnamon and maple syrup - this is absolutely the start of something better hehe. An elite sweet treat made more nutritionally dense thanks for Flora Original, with 89% less saturated fat than butter & a hit of Omega 3 too! Here is how to make yours… 🍌 Slice a small banana into 4 pieces. 🍌 Heat 1tbsp of Flora Original in a pan and add 1tsp of cinnamon. Place your bananas into the pan and flip after a couple of minutes once golden. 🍌 Add 1tbsp of maple syrup and cook for around 1 minute. 🍌 Remove from the pan and add a small knob of Flora Original before placing a slice of sourdough into the pan. 🍌 Toast on each side, removing once done. 🍌 Layer greek yoghurt onto your toast along with your banana, some grated chocolate, a dusting of cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well. 🫘 Add 500-600ml of veggie stock and bring to a simmer before breaking in your lasagne sheets. 🫘 Make sure they’re covered - adding more stock if needs be. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, regularly separating the sheets with a fork. 🫘 Stir through spinach, creme fraiche and fresh basil before topping with a generous handful of cheddar cheese and popping under the grill for 5 minutes. 🫘 Serve up with garlic bread straight from the oven and enjoy! *BULKING OUT OR DOWN? Plus, you seriously need 12 minutes for this so nutritious AND delicious with no faffing about hehe. To make yours (serves 1)… 🧈 Pop your egg onto boil - I do mine for 6 mins 30. Crush with the back of a glass and drizzle with olive oil. 🌯 Season with garlic, salt & pepper, dried parsley & smoked paprika and air-fry for around 20 minutes or until crispy. 🌯 In the meantime, slice up your halloumi and pan fry until golden brown on each side. 🌯 Prep your tzatziki style dressing by mixing together yoghurt, dried mint, grated cucumber and salt & pepper. 🌯 Slice up the lettuce and remaining cucumber and once the potatoes are cooked, layer everything into a bowl. 🌯 I also added some peri peri sauce and my pickled red onions - recipe on previous post! *BULKING OUT OR DOWN? BABE ON A BUDGET: EXPRESS | MEAL 1 ⏱️⏱️🧚🏼‍♀️🧚🏼‍♀️🩷🩷 CREAMY SAUSAGE ONE POT ORZO 🍴 4 portions ⏰ 35 minutes Store cupboard essentials: Oil, Minced Garlic, Dried Parsley, Mixed Herbs, Salt & Pepper, Veggie Stock, Dijon Mustard Ingredients: 1 x Red Onion 8 x Veggie Sausages 1tbsp Garlic 1tsp Dried Parsley 1tsp Mixed Herbs Salt & Pepper 100g Frozen Peas 120-150g Tenderstem Broccoli 250g Orzo 600-700ml Veggie Stock 100ml Double Cream 1tsp Dijon Mustard 50g Grated Cheese Juice of 1 Lemon To Make… 🫛 Finely dice red onion & fry off in some olive oil. 🫛 Once soft, de-skin the veggie sausages & add into the same pan. Break into pieces with the back of a spoon and brown off. 🫛 When the onions are soft and the sausages have browned, add minced garlic and cook for a further minute. 🫛 Add frozen peas & sliced up tenderstem broccoli to the mix before adding dried orzo. 🫛 Cover with veggie stock - leaving around 100ml behind. 🫛 Bring to a simmer and cover for 15-20 minutes, giving everything a good stir every few minutes. 🫛 Once the orzo has cooked, season with mixed herbs, dried parsley and salt & pepper. Add dijon mustard and cream and give everything a good mix. 🫛 Add the lemon juice and stir through half of the grated cheese before topping with the rest. 🫛 Serve with dried parsley & enjoy !! XX 🫙Store in the fridge in an airtight container and reheat until piping hot. 🫙If freezing, store as separate portions. Thaw overnight & then gently reheat on the hob or in the microwave. The no preheat & air fry technology are literally game changers, meaning this crispy, gooey, goodness could be yours in just 20 minutes. 😋😋😋😋 All you need is… Veggie Cocktail Sausages 1tsp Wholegrain Mustard 1tsp Honey 8 Frozen Yorkshire Puddings The Christmas Dinner Leftovers (I have mash, cauliflower cheese, stuffing, red cabbage, brie & wensleydale) 1tbsp Butter 1tsp Minced Garlic 1tsp Dried Parsley Gravy! To make… ✨ Create a glaze with the mustard and honey and brush it over your veggie sausages. ✨ Turn the Hoover Collection 3 Oven to the air fry function & the temp to 180 - cook for 7 minutes. ✨ Pop the yorkshire puddings into the air fry tray and pop into the oven for 3 minutes on the same setting. ✨ Remove from the oven and lightly push them down so that the bottom flattens out. ✨ Stuff generously with your leftovers before popping back into the oven for 10 minutes. The cheese should be gooey and delicious whilst the yorkshire puds have stayed crisp. ✨ Cover in gravy and enjoy !! Drizzle with olive oil and season with minced garlic, salt & pepper, chilli flakes and minced herbs. ❤️‍🔥 Pop into the oven for 20 minutes. ❤️‍🔥 Remove potatoes from the oven and add your diced red onion, tenderstem broccoli & baby plum tomatoes. ❤️‍🔥 Break your veggie sausages and add those too before spooning over your rest pesto. Give everything a good mix and pop back into the oven for 15 minutes. ❤️‍🔥 When the timer is up, check your potatoes are soft and then layer your mozzarella on top. ❤️‍🔥 Pop back into the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. ❤️‍🔥 Plate up & enjoy!
