ad Cinnamon & Maple Banana Toast with Flora 🍌🍫🍁🧈🀭 Now, low key I hate bananas… until they’re cooked !! & when carmelised in Flora Original, cinnamon and maple syrup - this is absolutely the start of something better hehe.  An elite sweet treat made more nutritionally dense thanks for Flora Original, with 89% less saturated fat than butter & a hit of Omega 3 too! Here is how to make yours… 🍌 Slice a small banana into 4 pieces.  🍌 Heat 1tbsp of Flora Original in a pan and add 1tsp of cinnamon. Once done, run under cold water & leave in there until you need to peel.  🧈 Heat 1.5tbsp of Flora Buttery in a saucepan and add 1tsp garlic, 1tsp of smoked paprika, 0.5tsp of cumin and a sprinkle of chilli flakes (optional).  🧈 Heat through for 1 minute before adding 1tbsp tomato paste. 🧈 Add your chickpeas with a little of the brine (I used about 3tbsp worth) and bring to a simmer. Season with salt & pepper.  🧈 Once warmed through, lower the heat and add 1tbsp of cream. WEEK 5 | MEAL 3: BABE ON A BUDGET TAKES THE WEEKLY SHOP πŸ›’πŸ›’πŸ©·πŸ©· MEAL 3: MARRY ME BUTTERBEAN LASAGNE 🍴 3 portions* ⏰ 35 minutes  Store cupboard essentials: oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, mixed herbs, cayenne pepper, salt & pepper, veggie stock cube, lasagne sheets Ingredients - 1 red onion - 1tsp minced garlic  - 70g sun-dried tomatoes - 1tbsp tomato purΓ©e - 400g butterbeans  - 1tsp smoked paprika - 1tsp mixed herbs  - 1tsp cayenne pepper - Salt & pepper - Veggie stock cube - 6-8 lasagne sheets - Handful spinach - 1-2tbsp creme fraiche - Handful fresh basil  - Cheddar cheese - 1 garlic baguette To make... 🫘 Dice up your red onion & fry off in the oil from your sun-dried tomatoes and once softened, add minced garlic and continue to cook for 2 minutes.  🫘 Dice up your sun-dried tomato into teeny tiny chunks and add them into the mix along with your tomato puree.  🫘 Mix well before adding your drained butterbeans and seasoning with smoked paprika, mixed herbs, cayenne pepper & salt and pepper. Mix well. 🫘 Add 500-600ml of veggie stock and bring to a simmer before breaking in your lasagne sheets.  🫘 Make sure they’re covered - adding more stock if needs be. Bring  to the boil, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, regularly separating the sheets with a fork.  🫘 Stir through spinach, creme fraiche and fresh basil before topping with a generous handful of cheddar cheese and popping under the grill for 5 minutes.  🫘 Serve up with garlic bread straight from the oven and enjoy! *BULKING OUT OR DOWN? Special mention to my boyfriend who came up with halloumi in hoodies - you slayed that diva πŸ’˜ πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ³ Ingredients - to make 8 πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ³  (I only had half a block of halloumi left in the fridge but if I had more, I would have squeezed a few more out of the pastry!) - 1 roll of puff pastry - Halloumi cut into sticks  - 2tbsp chilli jam - 1 egg - 1tbsp hot honey - 1tsp dried parsley, 1tsp sesame seeds, 1tsp chilli flakes To make… ✨ Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. ✨ Cut your puff pastry into 8 rectangles & spoon a little chilli jam onto each section. ✨ Place sliced halloumi diagonally onto each rectangle & wrap up the pastry from each side & then up from the bottom. ✨ Egg wash & then sprinkle over sesame seeds, dried parsley & chilli flakes. ✨ Pop into the oven for 15-20 minutes. ✨ Warm some hot honey in the microwave for 10 seconds and then drizzle over the top! ✨ Serve up warm & fresh from the oven. I also added in the creme fraiche here, mix well. 🌱 Add your pasta and combine, loosen with more pasta water if needs be. 🌱 Top with a handful of grated cheddar & some crispy fried onions (totally optional but I have some in the cupboard that REALLY need to be used.  🌱 Pop it under the grill for 5 minutes or until golden & bubbling and enjoy !! BABE ON A BUDGET: EXPRESS | MEAL 1 β±οΈβ±οΈπŸ§šπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ§šπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ©·πŸ©· CREAMY SAUSAGE ONE POT ORZO 🍴 4 portions ⏰ 35 minutes  Store cupboard essentials: Oil, Minced Garlic, Dried Parsley, Mixed Herbs, Salt & Pepper, Veggie Stock, Dijon Mustard Ingredients: 1 x Red Onion 8 x Veggie Sausages 1tbsp Garlic 1tsp Dried Parsley  1tsp Mixed Herbs Salt & Pepper 100g Frozen Peas 120-150g Tenderstem Broccoli 250g Orzo 600-700ml Veggie Stock 100ml Double Cream 1tsp Dijon Mustard 50g Grated Cheese Juice of 1 Lemon To Make…  πŸ«› Finely dice red onion & fry off in some olive oil.  πŸ«› Once soft, de-skin the veggie sausages & add into the same pan. Break into pieces with the back of a spoon and brown off.  πŸ«› When the onions are soft and the sausages have browned, add minced garlic and cook for a further minute.  πŸ«› Add frozen peas & sliced up tenderstem broccoli to the mix before adding dried orzo. πŸ«› Cover with veggie stock - leaving around 100ml behind. πŸ«› Bring to a simmer and cover for 15-20 minutes, giving everything a good stir every few minutes.  πŸ«› Once the orzo has cooked, season with mixed herbs, dried parsley and salt & pepper. Add dijon mustard and cream and give everything a good mix.  πŸ«› Add the lemon juice and stir through half of the grated cheese before topping with the rest.  πŸ«› Serve with dried parsley & enjoy !!
