The bites are GOOD diva & it’s so hard to find veggie snacks like these when you’re out & about! Once done, run under cold water & leave in there until you need to peel. 🧈 Heat 1.5tbsp of Flora Buttery in a saucepan and add 1tsp garlic, 1tsp of smoked paprika, 0.5tsp of cumin and a sprinkle of chilli flakes (optional). 🧈 Heat through for 1 minute before adding 1tbsp tomato paste. 🧈 Add your chickpeas with a little of the brine (I used about 3tbsp worth) and bring to a simmer. Season with salt & pepper. 🧈 Once warmed through, lower the heat and add 1tbsp of cream. Mix well and remove from the heat. 🧈 Serve up with buttered flatbreads, your jammy boiled egg, a little feta and some fresh parsley & enjoy !! XX #StartOfSomethingBetter #Flora

Mix well. 🫘 Add 500-600ml of veggie stock and bring to a simmer before breaking in your lasagne sheets. 🫘 Make sure they’re covered - adding more stock if needs be. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, regularly separating the sheets with a fork. 🫘 Stir through spinach, creme fraiche and fresh basil before topping with a generous handful of cheddar cheese and popping under the grill for 5 minutes. 🫘 Serve up with garlic bread straight from the oven and enjoy! *BULKING OUT OR DOWN? This serves 3 but you can easily bulk up with more lasagne sheets! 🫙 Store in the fridge in an airtight container & reheat until piping hot. Crush with the back of a glass and drizzle with olive oil. 🌯 Season with garlic, salt & pepper, dried parsley & smoked paprika and air-fry for around 20 minutes or until crispy. 🌯 In the meantime, slice up your halloumi and pan fry until golden brown on each side. 🌯 Prep your tzatziki style dressing by mixing together yoghurt, dried mint, grated cucumber and salt & pepper. 🌯 Slice up the lettuce and remaining cucumber and once the potatoes are cooked, layer everything into a bowl. 🌯 I also added some peri peri sauce and my pickled red onions - recipe on previous post! *BULKING OUT OR DOWN? I also added in the creme fraiche here, mix well. 🌱 Add your pasta and combine, loosen with more pasta water if needs be. 🌱 Top with a handful of grated cheddar & some crispy fried onions (totally optional but I have some in the cupboard that REALLY need to be used. 🌱 Pop it under the grill for 5 minutes or until golden & bubbling and enjoy !! XX *BULKING OUT? With more pasta, more sprouts and another dollop of creme fraiche, this could easily serve 4 portions. Bulk out further with garlic baguette !! Break into pieces with the back of a spoon and brown off. 🫛 When the onions are soft and the sausages have browned, add minced garlic and cook for a further minute. 🫛 Add frozen peas & sliced up tenderstem broccoli to the mix before adding dried orzo. 🫛 Cover with veggie stock - leaving around 100ml behind. 🫛 Bring to a simmer and cover for 15-20 minutes, giving everything a good stir every few minutes. 🫛 Once the orzo has cooked, season with mixed herbs, dried parsley and salt & pepper. Add dijon mustard and cream and give everything a good mix. 🫛 Add the lemon juice and stir through half of the grated cheese before topping with the rest. 🫛 Serve with dried parsley & enjoy !! XX 🫙Store in the fridge in an airtight container and reheat until piping hot. 🫙If freezing, store as separate portions. Thaw overnight & then gently reheat on the hob or in the microwave. WEEK 6 | MEAL 1: BABE ON A BUDGET TAKES THE WEEKLY SHOP 🛒🛒🩷🩷 MEAL 1: SAUSAGE, PESTO & MOZZARELLA POTATO BAKE 🍴 3 portions* ⏰ 40 minutes Store cupboard essentials: oil, minced garlic, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, salt & pepper Ingredients - 1/2tbsp olive oil - 3/4 white potatoes - 1tsp minced garlic - 1tsp chilli flakes - 1tsp mixed herbs - 1 red onion - Handful tender stem broccoli - Handful baby plum tomatoes - 6 veggie sausages - 100g red pesto - 1 mozzarella ball To make... ❤️‍🔥 Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. ❤️‍🔥 Dice up your potatoes and place them onto a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with minced garlic, salt & pepper, chilli flakes and minced herbs. ❤️‍🔥 Pop into the oven for 20 minutes. ❤️‍🔥 Remove potatoes from the oven and add your diced red onion, tenderstem broccoli & baby plum tomatoes. ❤️‍🔥 Break your veggie sausages and add those too before spooning over your rest pesto.
