#BushsBeansPartner Creamy Bean and Tomato Soup ⬇️Recipe⬇️  @Bush’s Beans A cozy, comforting dinner that’s full of flavor and surprisingly easy to pull together. I always keep Bush’s Beans in the pantry because they make it the best – from the first bite to the last. What you’ll need: 3 tbsp Butter 1 cup Yellow Onion, chopped 5 Garlic Cloves, minced 1 cup Carrots, chopped 1 cup Celery, chopped 6 oz Tomato Paste 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning 4 cups Vegetable Broth 2 15oz cans Bush’s Cannellini Beans 1 15oz can Bush’s Great Northern Beans 1 large can of Whole Peeled Tomatoes  1/2 cup Parmesan, grated 3/4 cup Heavy Cream 4 Kiolbassa Sausage Links, chopped Melt the butter in a large pot on medium heat. Add onion, carrots, celery and garlic, season with Italian seasoning and cook until onions are translucent, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, 1 1/2 cans of Bush’s Cannellini Beans, 3 cups of broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Pour contents of pot in a blender and puree the soup until smooth. In the large pot, quickly brown sausage. Pour the puree back in the pot with the sausages. Pour in remaining cup of broth and cream more or less depending on desired consistency. Add in remaining cans of beans and stir in Parmesan. Enjoy.

Tomato Basil Soup @jacquelinethoma ⬇️RECIPE⬇️ Roasted Tomato Basil Soup: 6 larger vine tomatoes, quartered 2 cups grape tomatoes 1 large red onion, quartered 1 red bell pepper, chunked 2 bulbs garlic 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp thyme 3 tbsp fresh basil (more or less depending on desired potency) 1 cup vegetable broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup parmesan cheese salt to taste pepper to taste On a baking sheet, add tomatoes, onion, red pepper and bulbs of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and thyme. Roast at 400F for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and place in blender (don’t forget all the juices on the baking sheet). Squeeze garlic out of bulbs. Add basil and blend to your desired consistency. Pour into a large pot on medium heat. Add vegetable broth, heavy cream, tomato paste, sugar, parmesan cheese. Add ground beef, Italian sausage, onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally. Once meat is browned, drain excess grease.
