Essential dishes: - Spicy feta, roasted peppers, pickled red chilli dip - Hummus, masabacha, and hot crisps - Middle white pork belly - Slow cooked chicken thigh - Pork souvlaki - Spicy pork sausage flatbread with spit roast pineapple and hot honey - Confit lamb flatbread with spiced tomato and garlic yoghurt
