Inspired by the army mess bars of India @brigadiersldn uses tandoors, charcoal grills, wood ovens, classic Indian smokers to create their menu and throws beer towers, cocktails and sports into the mix to please every part of your anatomy. 🫂
Not exactly traditional curries, apart from the butter chicken wings I guess, but their beautifully spiced grilled meats and unusual takes on classic Indian snacks always floor us. Always. 🇮🇳❤️
