Crispy Brussel Sprouts… Sauced & Tossed… the perfect side dish this weekend!

Shopping List:
1/2 cup brown sugar

Checkout this High Protein Cajun Shrimp Alfredo

I’ll be remixing all of my most popular recipes and making them significantly healthier… higher in protein and macro friendly. Let me know what you want to see next!

Ingredients (4 servings)

Pasta
	•	12 oz protein rigatoni 

Shrimp
	•	1½ lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
	•	1 tsp olive oil
	•	Cajun seasoning and AP 

Veggies
	•	1 red bell pepper, thin sliced
	•	1 yellow onion, thin sliced
	•	3–4 cups fresh spinach

High-Protein Alfredo Sauce
	•	1½ cups low-fat cottage cheese
	•	¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)
	•	½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
	•	3 cloves garlic
	•	1 tbsp butter or olive oil
	•	AP seasoning, Cajun, chicken bouillon 
Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
	•	Boil protein rigatoni in well-salted water
	•	Cook al dente (don’t overcook)
	•	Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain

2️⃣ Sear the Shrimp
	•	Heat a large skillet over medium-high
	•	Add olive oil
	•	Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper
	•	Sear 1–2 minutes per side until just cooked
	•	Remove shrimp and set aside

3️⃣ Sauté Veggies
	•	Same skillet, medium heat
	•	Add onions and peppers
	•	Cook 4–5 minutes until soft and lightly caramelized
	•	Add spinach last and wilt (30–60 seconds)

4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce (Blender = Key)

5️⃣ Bring It Together
	•	Add cooked pasta to veggie skillet
	•	Pour in sauce + splash of pasta water
	•	Toss to coat and loosen
	•	Fold shrimp back in
	•	Adjust seasoning

Finish with:
	•	Extra Parmesan
	•	Cracked black pepper
	•	Optional chili flakes

	•	Calories: ~550
	•	Protein: ~45–50g

Chili Garlic Crunch Green Beans 🔥🔥

When it comes to meal prep, it’s important to have options. This is one of my favorite ways to make green beans. I normally blanch them off in salt water, shock them in ice water, and then throw them in the fridge (cooked about 75% of the way) - so when it’s time to “cook” I just saute the green beans with whatever flavor I’m feeling that day and it takes literally 2-3 mins to finish cooking.

Recipe:
1 lb fresh green beans 
1 tbsp S&B crunch garlic mild (cheat code!)
2-3 tbsps low sodium soy sauce 
Make it happen AP seasoning

Blanch in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and then drop in ice cold water to stop the cooking process. Dry and saute with whatever flavors you’re feeling… these chili garlic green beans are my choice about 90% of the time lol they’re addictive

This one’s packed with sweet lump crab, shaved Brussels sprouts, jalapeño heat, and sautéed carrots, onions, and garlic, all pulled together with this special sauce blend. Balanced, umami packed, spicy, and straight 🔥 from the comfort of your own kitchen.

Shopping List:
1 cup parboil rice
1lb lump crab 
1-2 jalapeños
1/2 diced onion
1-2 diced carrots
2 tbsps garlic
1/2 cup shaved brussel sprouts
2 eggs
AP Seasoning
Chicken bouillon or msg

Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2-3 tbsps hoisin
1/4 tsp liquid smoke (mimics the takeout flavor from high heat woks)

🧈 INGREDIENTS
Bread
• 1.5 lb brioche or challah, cut into large cubes (about 2 loaves)
Custard
• 4 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 2 tbsp vanilla
• 1½ tbsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• ½ tsp kosher salt
Cinnamon Swirl
• ½ cup melted butter
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
Cream Cheese Icing
• 4 oz cream cheese (soft)
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 2–3 tbsp cream or milk
• ½ tsp vanilla + pinch salt
Orange zest (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Butter a 9×13 baking dish.
2️⃣ Cut the bread and add to a bowl. 
3️⃣ mix the custard 
4️⃣ pour custard over the cubed bread and allow it to soak for 5-10 mins.. mix gently
5️⃣ layer in the bread into your baking dish and then add the cinnamon swirl layer, repeat until the fish is full 
6️⃣ BAKE
• 350°F
• Covered 30 min
• Uncovered 20-30 min until golden and set. Internal temp should be 190-200
🥄 ICING
Whisk cream cheese smooth → add powdered sugar → slowly whisk in cream until pourable. Drizzle over warm bread pudding.
💡 Pro Tip: Slightly stale brioche = next-level texture.

• ½ tsp vanilla + pinch salt Orange zest (optional) INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣ Butter a 9×13 baking dish.
2️⃣ Cut the bread and add to a bowl. 
3️⃣ mix the custard 4️⃣ pour custard over the cubed bread and allow it to soak for 5-10 mins.. mix gently
5️⃣ layer in the bread into your baking dish and then add the cinnamon swirl layer, repeat until the fish is full 
6️⃣ BAKE
• 350°F
• Covered 30 min
• Uncovered 20-30 min until golden and set. Internal temp should be 190-200 🥄 ICING

Fried rice cravings don’t wait 24 hours — so I didn’t either. I used freshly cooked (parboiled) rice, spread it out, let it chill in the fridge for a bit, and boom 💥— the perfect texture without the wait.

1 cup parboil rice
1lb lump crab 
1-2 jalapeños
1/2 diced onion
1-2 diced carrots
2 tbsps garlic
1/2 cup shaved brussel sprouts
2 eggs
AP Seasoning
Chicken bouillon or msg

Sauce:

2-3 tbsps hoisin
1/4 tsp liquid smoke (mimics the takeout flavor from high heat woks)

Chicken & sausage jambalaya — rich, smoky, and done right! This is exactly how I make it at my restaurant!

Save this recipe. I promise you’ll use it!

Shopping List:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
12 oz smoked andouille sausage
1 onion
1 red and green bell pepper
2-3 ribs of celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2-4 cloves of garlic
1.5 cups long grain white rice
3 cups chicken stock
Cajun seasoning
AP Seasoning, Smoked Paprika, Chicken Bouillon
Cayenne pepper to taste (for spice)
Parsley

Total cook time is about 25 minutes (covered and on low)

Should you wash your rice? Yes.. but it’s optional

Why rinsing helps:
* Prevents the jambalaya from turning gummy or gluey
* Keeps the grains distinct, not mushy
* Gives you that classic loose but cohesive texture

Pro Tip:
Do not skip the step where you toast the rice in the accumulated fat and flavor in the pot, prior to adding the stock! Enjoy
