Winter is the perfect time for tonkatsu, and @kobutaookami delivers. ❄️🐷 The handmade udon with creamy mushroom sauce was rich and comforting, the mozzarella katsu was crispy and indulgent, and the kurobuta pork curry ended up being the standout! Went to my local Trader Joe’s in Bellevue at 8:45 AM and had the goods in hand by 9:30 AM, not bad at all! 🙌 They had a table set up outside with staff handing them out (limit of 4 per person, one of each color), and the entire process was smooth, organized, and surprisingly stress-free. Huge kudos to the Bellevue TJ’s team for keeping everything running so efficiently! 👏 #traderjoesminitotebag
