⭕️ ANNOUNCEMENT ⭕️ Finally I can reveal what myself and @gymshark have been working on for the past 12 months 😬 This project has been very close to my heart as Men’s Physique is not only my job but also my passion. Board shorts are a key part of showcasing your physique on show day and I wanted to create something very special with the industries best to make sure you look and feel 100% come show day… ladies and gentlemen RYAN TERRY X @Gymshark boardshorts 😬 there will be a small number of units releasing at the Olympia weekend 👊🏼 in two colour ways - blue and black and then red and black 👊🏼 you will be able to grab a pair if you are attending the Olympia weekend expo on the Gymshark booth and then we will be releasing worldwide later on in the year ⭕️ I’m very proud to have partnered with Gymshark on this product and I’m 100% confident you will too once you are wearing them onstage… 👊🏼 and yes I will be wearing these for finals on Saturday night and before you say anything these shots were taken at the 8 weeks out mark so not current shape or condition 😜

Top 3 of the 2025 @mrolympiallc 👊🏼 . Front and back - the only two poses judged in men’s physique…. perfect them first then introduce transitions and other complimentary poses that suit your physique after. Simple and precise is more effective sometimes than over complicated routines. The only thing you run the risk of with over complicated routines is showing flaws in your physique and at an Olympia level, that’s exactly what the judges are trying to find… the flaws that expose you as anyone stepping on that stage will have a world class physique 😊👊🏼👍🏼

Nice way to end the weekend and our short trip to Dubai - not often we get to spend quality time together with our busy schedules and hectic family life. This has been well over due and makes you realise how important it is to make time for yourselves as a couple, as well as ‘Mum and Dad’ 👊🏼 turns out we do still love each other 😂

Linking up with one of the best to do it last week at the 6 weeks out mark - fellow @gymshark athlete and good friend @cbum 👊🏼 what’s beautiful about the sport of bodybuilding is no matter how experienced you are, there is always something you can learn, adapt and implement to be that little bit better… I took a lot away from my session last week with Chris, more so about mindset, being present and enjoying the process… all things that seem fairly simple but when your in the depths of prep, it’s easy to forget this… 👊🏼 #gymshark
