I tried on so many dresses before finding the one. Each was beautiful in its own way, but none of them felt quite like me. To switch it up for the dinner, I swapped the veil for a long tulle scarf by Sept, I love how it transformed the look, adding a softer, more contemporary touch while keeping the same sense of ease and refinement. I wanted the look to feel fun and sculptural, inspired by swans and the iconic Givenchy by Alexander McQueen SS97 ‘Angel Wing’ dress. We carried subtle swan details throughout the day, from our name cards to matchsticks and invitations, so this look felt like the perfect finale.
