Dye and cut your hair with me, in one hour and a half👌✨

Also, I am doing my nails while my hair dye is working it’s magic on my hair, because my life has become so much easier when I started doing it all by myself👌

1. I dye my hair as usual - Garnier Nutrisse 100
2. From November I will start to tone it because it will look orange😅
3. I am a natural brunette, I have pictures in another videos, but I don’t bleach my hair❤️
4. I only dye my roots
5. My front pieces look lighter, have no idea why, but I guess it is from overlap of hair dye. Practically these parts are dyed entirely every month
6. I cut my ends every 3-4 months by myself. Of course, it will look better if a professional will do it, but I don’t like to be in a hair salon and usually I don’t like the result😅

Here’s a deeper explanation of how I lose weight safely and how you can follow the same method 👇💫

1️⃣ First step: calculate your calorie needs BMI
Just enter your age, weight, and height on Google or ChatGPT. You’ll get the number of calories your body needs to maintain your current weight.

2️⃣ Create a gentle calorie deficit.
You only need to remove around 100–300 calories per day — nothing extreme. Even a small deficit leads to progress when you stay consistent.
⚠️ Try not to go too low. Never lower than 1400 cal! Very low intake can harm your health, energy, hormones, mood, and metabolism. If your maintenance calories are already on the lower side, focus more on movement rather than cutting food.

3️⃣ If your calories would fall too low:
Instead of cutting more food, add activity — like aiming for 8–10k steps per day and maybe 1–2 strength-training sessions per week. Movement is healthier and more sustainable than dropping calories too far.

4️⃣ Track your food simply.
I personally enter what I eat into ChatGPT because it’s fast and stress-free for me. You can use any app you like. The point is: stay aware, not obsessed.

5️⃣ Stay consistent for 1–2 months.
That’s all. No crash dieting. No starving. After around two months, we’ll take a break so your body doesn’t adapt, and I’ll explain exactly how to do that so you don’t regain the weight.

Blend everything together, baked for 40 min at 160°C, then topped it with a spoon of sugar-free strawberry jam and fresh strawberries 🍓

→ half of a cheesecake - 297 kcal | 26 g protein | 1.5 g fibre

🍛 Lunch — Rice bowl with veggies & chicken balls
Rice with sautéed carrots, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, 2 chicken balls, and a bit of cheese sauce.

🍠 Dinner — Loaded sweet potatoes
3 baked sweet potatoes topped with mashed avocado, cherry tomatoes, onion, and a drizzle of olive oil 🥑

If I had to describe myself before my weight loss, the first thing I need to say is this:
I was never overweight👌

My problem wasn’t my weight.
My problem was how I was eating, how weak my body felt, and how jelly-like I looked. I had no idea what muscles were or what a truly balanced, nutritious meal looked like!

I was stressed, constantly snacking, craving sweets, eating whatever was fast and easy.
I was cooking nutritious meals for my kids… while eating random things the entire time.

One day I said: this needs to stop🙈

I started with:
• 10k steps a day
• More protein and fiber (no strict tracking)
• Strength training twice a week

That’s it.

And the difference? Massive.

The most important part of this journey was finding recipes I genuinely love. Meals I couldn’t wait to eat. Over time, something incredible happened:
my taste completely changed.

I don’t crave sweets anymore (and I was a BIG sweet person).
I crave homemade food. Vegetables. Nourishing meals🥒🥔🥦🥕🍅🥗

I feel strong. I have muscles. I’m confident in my body.
And my immune system? A rock. Not even my kids’ viruses can touch me💪

This wasn’t about losing weight.
It was about rebuilding my body.💪

How I fixed my strawberry skin

After my second pregnancy I developed strawberry skin, the medical term would be Keratosis pilaris… It was a very long road, but I can finally say my skin is smoother than ever👌

My steps are: 
- Exfoliant AHA 10% when you take a shower

🍫 Breakfast – Banana Cacao Bake with Ricotta & Raspberries

For breakfast, I made a simple banana cacao bake.

Recipe
	•	2 ripe bananas
	•	2 eggs
	•	16 g cacao powder (2,5 tablespoons)
	•	1 teaspoon baking soda

I mashed the bananas, eggs, cacao powder, and baking soda together until smooth. Then I baked the mixture in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180°C.

After baking, I cut it into slices and added:
	•	60 g ricotta with one teaspoon of honey
	•	mashed raspberries on top

Calories: ~541 kcal, Protein: ~22.9 g, Fiber: ~12.3 g

🌯 Dinner– Veggie Tortillas with Avocado Yogurt Sauce

For lunch, I made tortillas with vegetables and a creamy avocado sauce.

Ingredients
	•	2 small tortillas
	•	50 g cheese
	•	2 bell peppers
	•	½ cauliflower
	•	½ tablespoon olive oil

Sauce
	•	½ avocado
	•	2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
	•	lemon juice
	•	garlic
	•	salt

I cooked the vegetables with a little olive oil, then filled the tortillas with the veggies and cheese. For the sauce, I mashed the avocado with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and salt, and added it on top.
Calories: ~689 kcal, Protein: ~29.4 g, Fiber: ~16.2 g

🐟 Luncg – Salmon Avocado Toast

For dinner, I made a salmon toast- best thing ever😅

Ingredients
	•	2 slices of bread (~60 g)
	•	180 g salmon
	•	½ avocado
	•	1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
	•	lemon juice

I mashed the avocado, the salmon, with Greek yogurt and lemon juice, spread it on the bread! 
Calories: ~667 kcal, Protein: ~45.8 g, Fiber: ~6.8 g

2. My hair is a level 4 or 5 brunette
3. The hair dye doesn’t have bleach. It’s just high lift
4. From late Autumn to spring I tone my hair because it is very yellow
5. I tone it with Garnier Olia Platinum Blonde. The colour is awesome and it doesn’t look grey

AD 18 years blonde (from brunette!) …no split ends, zero damage, all shine ✨
Here are my 3 secrets:

1️⃣ I trim my ends every 2–3 months at home . Non-negotiable for healthy growth.
2️⃣ Once I reached my perfect blonde, I only dye my roots never the full length again.
3️⃣ My holy-grail repair routine:
• FromLabs Protein Capsule Hair Repair Treatment
• + @fromlabs_global Hair Treatment Booster Powder (intensive keratin care)

I mix them, apply to my hair, wrap it in a small plastic bag, and warm it gently with a blow-dryer on low heat for a few minutes.
