Dye and cut your hair with me, in one hour and a half👌✨

Also, I am doing my nails while my hair dye is working it’s magic on my hair, because my life has become so much easier when I started doing it all by myself👌

1. I dye my hair as usual - Garnier Nutrisse 100
2. From November I will start to tone it because it will look orange😅
3. I am a natural brunette, I have pictures in another videos, but I don’t bleach my hair❤️
4. I only dye my roots
5. My front pieces look lighter, have no idea why, but I guess it is from overlap of hair dye. Practically these parts are dyed entirely every month
6. I cut my ends every 3-4 months by myself. Of course, it will look better if a professional will do it, but I don’t like to be in a hair salon and usually I don’t like the result😅

If you have other questions, will answer them in the comments with much love❤️

AD Here is exactly what I used to make my hair look like this💋

I think my hair never looked better.
1. @lunesibeauty Stardust Nourishing Shampoo - I always wash my hair two times and apply the shampoo on my roots
2. Lunesi Deep Love Repair Mask - apply it from half of your hair down❤️
3. Lunesi Alchemical Golden Hair Oil - apply it on your ends. This oil is like a secret weapon. It is a heat protectant, it gives so much shine to the hair, it nourishes it and makes your ends look always amazing. And don’t know how but it made more volume in my hair😳
As I always told you - less is more💋

✨ My exact heatless curls routine – step by step! ✨
Every time I wash my hair, I dry it fully and then use my velvet heatless band before bed. The result? Curls by morning without lifting a finger! 🙌

💡 Tips that changed the game for me:
1️⃣ Use a velvet band – it keeps your hair in place all night (the silk one doesn’t work for me)
2️⃣ Don’t wrap too tightly – a looser grip = way comfier sleep (especially on your side).
3️⃣ Add a roller to your front piece – total upgrade! 🔥

P.S. I always apply it on dry hair while it’s still a little warm from drying – that’s when I get the best results! 💁‍♀️💫

Okay, but why did no one tell me about this sooner?! I know why, because it was not existing yet😅

I’ve been using the full @garnier Keratin Sleek line (shampoo, conditioner, mask — the whole deal) and sealing it all in with the Fructis Sleek & Stay Serum… and my hair has never stayed THIS shiny, straight, and frizz-free — even through rain and sweaty workouts💪
The serum gets activated with heat (but don’t worry, it protects your hair too!) and keeps everything sleek for up to 5 washes. If your hair is high porosity like mine, you’re about to fall in love❤️

Trust me, this routine is a game changer.

At first, ChatGPT helped me figure out my calorie deficit and maintenance level, because you will need a calorie deficit if you want to loose weight (Check my “How I lost weight” videos) 💋💋💋

But what really changed everything was using it for daily tracking.

Instead of using complicated apps, I just sent a voice message to ChatGPT each morning: what I ate, how many calories I wanted to eat that day — and it did all the work.🍓

In the beginning, I had to tell it the calories, protein, and fiber in the foods I use. Next time it remembered everything, so I was just telling to add my yoghurt or my bread. It knew how many cal or protein is in that yoghurt or bread❤️I kept using the same chat, so it became faster and easier every day.

The best part? I asked for everything in a table — so I could clearly see my calories, protein, and fiber at a glance. And if I was missing something, I’d just send a photo of my fridge and get suggestions.

It made tracking simple, intuitive, and actually enjoyable.

Now, I eat intuitively. So, I don’t use it so often, but in calorie deficit and first month of maintenance it made all the difference👌

So, you’ve reached your goal weight—now what? This is where things can get tricky: maintenance. It’s not just about keeping the weight off, it’s about building habits that make your results sustainable long-term💪💪💪

The good news is, you no longer need to stay in a calorie deficit. Instead, you’ll gradually increase your calories to find your maintenance level—the amount of food your body needs to maintain its current weight.

Here’s how to do it:
	1.	Use a TDEE calculator to estimate your maintenance calories.
	2.	Start adding about 100 calories every two weeks.
	3.	Weigh yourself regularly—some fluctuation is normal! When your weight stabilizes, that’s your maintenance point.
	4.	If you’re still losing weight, it means you’re still in a deficit and can slowly increase your intake.

Pro tip: If your calculated maintenance feels low, try increasing your daily activity—walking 10k steps or doing light workouts can boost your metabolism and allow you to eat more while maintaining your weight🏃‍♀️

This phase is also about retraining your habits. Use this time to:
	•	Learn what a balanced meal looks like.
	•	Understand the nutrients in your food.
	•	Build routines around eating that feel sustainable.

The goal is to move toward intuitive eating—so you can stay at a healthy weight without constantly tracking🌮🥙🥗🥪

If you missed the first steps, check out “How I Lost Weight – Part 1 & 2” where I explain how I got into a calorie deficit, stayed consistent, and created routines that actually worked.

Here’s a deeper explanation of how I lose weight safely and how you can follow the same method 👇💫

1️⃣ First step: calculate your calorie needs BMI
Just enter your age, weight, and height on Google or ChatGPT. You’ll get the number of calories your body needs to maintain your current weight.

2️⃣ Create a gentle calorie deficit.
You only need to remove around 100–300 calories per day — nothing extreme. Even a small deficit leads to progress when you stay consistent.
⚠️ Try not to go too low. Never lower than 1400 cal! Very low intake can harm your health, energy, hormones, mood, and metabolism. If your maintenance calories are already on the lower side, focus more on movement rather than cutting food.

3️⃣ If your calories would fall too low:
Instead of cutting more food, add activity — like aiming for 8–10k steps per day and maybe 1–2 strength-training sessions per week. Movement is healthier and more sustainable than dropping calories too far.

4️⃣ Track your food simply.
I personally enter what I eat into ChatGPT because it’s fast and stress-free for me. You can use any app you like. The point is: stay aware, not obsessed.

5️⃣ Stay consistent for 1–2 months.
That’s all. No crash dieting. No starving. After around two months, we’ll take a break so your body doesn’t adapt, and I’ll explain exactly how to do that so you don’t regain the weight.

Let’s go girls. Good luck to us👌

AD| Not everyone who works out breaks out… but I do. 😅 Even just being out in the sun and sweating a little can trigger breakouts for me. Especially if I can’t shower immediately. It’s always been like that, and if you have sensitive or breakout-prone skin, you might relate.

That’s why I started using the Effaclar A.Z. Gel Cream from @larocheposay and it has made such a difference. 🙌🏼
It’s perfect for those dealing with hormonal breakouts, redness, or sensitive skin that reacts quickly to sweat, heat, or stress. It has azelaic acid, salicylic acid, and hyaluronic acid — so it’s not just anti-acne, it’s also anti-redness and anti-aging. One product, three results. 🤍

If your skin tends to freak out, like mine, this might be your new best friend.👌
Don’t forget to wear SPF every day, while using it!

Of course, there’s no dessert (or food) that magically makes you lose fat – I just wanted to grab your attention 😉
Fat loss comes down to one thing: a calorie deficit. But that doesn’t mean you have to give up treats to get results!

These 3 desserts are all low in calories and high in protein, which makes them perfect if you’re trying to lose or maintain weight – without feeling restricted.
They’re delicious, filling, and super easy to make.

Here are the recipes for the 3 cakes above ⬆️ – enjoy, and let me know which one you try first! 🍰✨

  Strawberry “cheesecake” 🍓🍓🍓

  Lemon cake 🍋🍋🍋
2 eggs
100 g Greek yogurt
60 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Juice from ½ lemon (~4 tsp)
Lemon zest

Icing:
	•	50 g Greek yogurt
	•	2 tsp honey
Mix all cake ingredients. Bake at 180°C for 35 min. Let cool and top with the yogurt-honey icing.

Getting ready for a little party with friends…Do you know the reason? It’s the @oldelpaso_ch 40’s years birthday in Switzerland🎉

Ohh their tortillas you already know, saved my mornings and my evenings so many times😅😅😅😅
But when I invite friends I go for fajitas and nachos. Everyone loves it and it doesn’t take longer than 30 minutes👌

Recipe:
3 Bell peppers different colors
2 Red onions
Chicken meat 330g
Add some condiments for fajitas
Let in the oven until ready👌

I like to grill the tortillas a little bit and then spread some Salsa dip from Old El Paso and then the fajitas… mmmmmmm😅

For the nachos I mixed some avocado with onions, tomatoes and some lime juice on top.

Create your own Old El Paso table. Tag @oldelpaso_ch #OEP40Jahre and the best post will win 300 CHF Coop voucher!

Lately, I’ve been doing this hairstyle a lot and you asked for a tutorial. So, here it is❤️

When doing this hairstyle it is very important to have a very hydrated and silky hair because the hair can tangle otherwise.

During cold season I prefer to use more reach textures for hair.
1. Shampoo - @garnier Ultra Doux Honey Treasures
2. Mask - Garnier Ultra Doux Honey Treasures Hair Remedy
3. Always always use a heat protectant - Garnier Utra Doux Hair Honey Serum. It is a serum for making your hair soft and shiny, but it is a heat protectant, too!
Once you hair is silky, you can proceed in French braiding your hair.
Easy, but so romantic❤️
P.S. Can be done on straight hair or after heatless curls❤️

Please correct me👌 I really want to speak French better and better!

I was always so shy to speak in French and in my mind I was always thinking how to pronounce it correctly. Now, I just want to improve, because one doesn’t have to be shy about this😅

There are times when I have so much to say, but I stay quite because I have no idea how to say it fast in French😅
P.S. You have no idea how funny and smart I can be in my native language 😂😂😂😂

You have no idea how funny and smart I can be in my native language 😂😂😂😂
🧁🍝 4 Biggest Lies I Believed About Fat Loss (so you don’t have to 😅)

1️⃣ No food after 6 p.m. – Apparently, my body doesn’t wear a watch.
👉 What matters is your total calorie intake in 24 hours, not the time you eat. You can have dinner at 9 p.m. and still lose fat.

2️⃣ The more cardio the better – Game. Changed.
👉 Strength training helps you build muscle and boost metabolism, and daily walking supports fat loss without exhausting you.

3️⃣ Carbs are the enemy – I stopped ghosting pasta and somehow… still lost fat. Magic? No. Science.
👉 Bread, rice, and even cake can fit into a fat loss plan. It’s about portions and consistency, not banning food groups.

4️⃣ You have to eat clean 24/7 – I eat chocolate and still have abs. Balance is a lifestyle, not a punishment. 🙃
👉 Consistency beats perfection. Enjoy your favorite foods in moderation and focus on habits you can sustain long-term.

💡 Save this if you’re tired of weird fat loss rules & ready for sanity over suffering.

If I had to describe myself before my weight loss, the first thing I need to say is this:
I was never overweight👌

My problem wasn’t my weight.
My problem was how I was eating, how weak my body felt, and how jelly-like I looked. I had no idea what muscles were or what a truly balanced, nutritious meal looked like!

I was stressed, constantly snacking, craving sweets, eating whatever was fast and easy.
I was cooking nutritious meals for my kids… while eating random things the entire time.

One day I said: this needs to stop🙈

I started with:
• 10k steps a day
• More protein and fiber (no strict tracking)
• Strength training twice a week

That’s it.

And the difference? Massive.

The most important part of this journey was finding recipes I genuinely love. Meals I couldn’t wait to eat. Over time, something incredible happened:
my taste completely changed.

I don’t crave sweets anymore (and I was a BIG sweet person).
I crave homemade food. Vegetables. Nourishing meals🥒🥔🥦🥕🍅🥗

I feel strong. I have muscles. I’m confident in my body.
And my immune system? A rock. Not even my kids’ viruses can touch me💪

This wasn’t about losing weight.
It was about rebuilding my body.💪
