The mixture of being a huge empath and also loving history makes it impossible to shut it off 🥲 (which at the end of the day, is probably a good thing) Travel is such a privilege. Do I wish I had a more aesthetic workout space? Absolutely. But I CHOOSE to focus on how grateful I am that I even have a peloton and other workout equipment. And honestly? I kinda love the dingy basement workouts with the spiders as my personal trainers 🤣🕷️ 💡ps the lights are smart lightbulbs and I have them throughout my whole house. I just want you to know it’s possible to do it without being obsessive and creating strict rules around food and the gym.
