grandma makes suama (sweet mochi) every new years 💫 this is a tutorial from grandma, against her will, sorry we love you so much🤍 also her glasses are @bruceeyewear mix then steam for 20 min 1 box mochiko 2 1/2c cold water heat 3c sugar + 3/4c water till candied slowly incorporate and pound together oil and cornstarch a pan, place hot mochi in and rest foe 10 min before putting more cornstarch and cut!!

5 month calamansi update!! (pls comment other recipes i can use for this too!!!) i really enjoyed the salted one and was very disappointed in the honey bc they didn’t really soften up🤨🙂‍↕️ i think i need to get one of those weights for pickling… but will update in another 6 months for you guys to see how it changes, thinking of maybe having a fermented pop up with this as a bev (if i can get a bunch i think that would be super fun✨)

go to easy breakfast for 3+ years - blend 16oz tub cottage cheese (@good_culture or @nancysyogurt) - add 4 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp honey - mix 1 1/4 c flour w/ 1 tbs baking powder then add all together and fry on a buttered pan ** they’re much better reheated the next day on a pan **
