Chase your dreams. 3,500 miles away from home. Defying the odds. At the biggest fitness event in the world with @gymshark. As I sit in my hotel room, I’m not afraid to admit that I’m bawling my eyes out as I write this. If you truly know me, you know how deeply I care about helping others believe in themselves and pursue their passion. What I’ve never really shared is why. My entire life I battled the feeling of not being good enough. I still do. Like many of us. But that’s because we’re human. Were meant to feel and grow. The beauty of that is we get to lift each other up, empower one another, and remind each other just how incredible we really are. This time last year I sat in my car bummed out that I couldn’t afford to attend the @gymshark LIFT event. That moment lit a fire in me like never before. I made a promise to myself that next year I’d be there not just as a fan, but as an athlete. Here I am today, in London, living that very promise. Getting ready to meet so many amazing people and step into what I know will be the best week of my life. This moment means everything to me because it proves a simple truth, you and I are no different. If I can do this, so can you. I’m not more talented, I just refused to quit. You can do it. I believe in you. We’re going to do it together. Thank you to everyone who has supported me over this past year. Every single day, I wake up trying to repay that love. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to. But I will try my very best. Passion Goes Places. ❤️

PASSION GOES PLACES ❤️ Man… what a journey. These past 20 weeks, I can honestly say I left nothing behind. I pushed past limits I didn’t even know I had and proved to myself that the barriers in our heads are never as real as we think. YOU MAKE THE RULES. Yesterday, I walked away with a 4th place finish. It feels like 1st because of the people who stand beside me. You all are the reason why I do what I do. I have the best support system in the world and I am so grateful. Thank you to all of my family and friends who made this day so memorable. If there’s one reminder I hope to leave you with, it’s to never take the people who believe in you for granted. The people you meet along the way make the journey worthwhile. TRUST THESE WORDS! I want to give a huge shoutout to my coach @coachdhawtin for flying out and staying with me here in NJ to perfect the look. We have been working for this moment together for 3 years and it’s safe to say we absolutely nailed it. I’m proud of us brother. This was the best Kyle I have ever seen in every way and I’m proud to say that. But I also know the job’s not finished and we must keep going. THERE’S NO OTHER OPTION. I will become a natural pro bodybuilder. You can’t stop someone who knows where they’re going. GODSPEED. If you’re reading this and there’s something you’ve always wanted to do please go for it. 2025 was a life changing year for me. Not because of what I was able to accomplish. Not because of the places I was able to travel. But because of how I was able to make others feel. From the start to the finish of this year, I see a different glow in all of the people around me. I’ve never seen this before but I have always known it was possible. I can't put into words how grateful I am to have contributed even slightly. This is all I've ever wanted to do. I see people happier. Healthier. More hopeful. More willing to believe in themselves and take chances. Seeing that has meant more to me than anything I could’ve done on my own. However - I do recognize 2025 was not the best year for most. And many are sitting watching others highlight reels. I know the feeling. It sucks. I’ve had many tough years and will continue to. This was honestly one of the most difficult years of my life believe it or not. But that’s what growth requires… right? I think so. To me that is the beauty of this game of life. In every situation we can find the good, learn something and grow from it. No matter what happens we can choose to pick ourselves back up and continue trying. This is all we can do. I pray for a year full of happiness and abundance for all who are reading this. You are loved more than you know. Thank you for being a part of my journey.
