The thing most people don’t know about pigs: they don’t have sweat glands. They cannot remove toxins from their system like other animals can. They’re essentially walking toxic waste dumps that just accumulate and accumulate. All they know how to do is ingest.
The ancient wisdom behind these religous dietary laws wasn’t arbitrary. These cultures understood something about parasites and toxicity that we’ve forgotten in modern times.

Castor oil is one of the first tools I implement with practically every single one of my clients. It’s one of the simplest detox tools out there and you get a massive bang for your buck with a good bottle only costing around $40. But that’s only scratching the surface of how good you could feel by going through a full detox system. If you want to learn the system I use with the 1000s of clients we’ve helped over the past 7 years then comment ‘workshop’ to register for my free live workshop I’m having on Tuesday 1/13 where I reveal it all. Don’t miss out.

Here’s what to do instead:
 1. Upgrade Your Water Source - Get a quality water filter or distiller to remove chlorine, fluoride, and toxins from your drinking water. 2. Morning Hydration - Drink 16oz of warm water with sea salt and lemon juice first thing when you wake up. 3. Eliminate The Toxic Four - Remove gluten, industrial seed oils, refined sugar, and conventional dairy for 7 days. 4. Potty Perfection - Aim for 2-3 regular bowel movements daily using fiber, fermented foods, and magnesium if needed. 5. Gut Healers - Include fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkraut in your diet regularly. Try slippery elm bark tea for gut lining repair. 6. Strategic Binders - Take activated charcoal or bentonite clay before bed to capture and eliminate toxins. 7. Sweat Daily - Generate a therapeutic sweat for 15-20 minutes through exercise, sauna, or hot baths. 8. Digital Detox Hour Turn off all wireless devices for one hour daily and disconnect from screens. 9. Bitter Foods or Digestive Enzymes Add bitter foods like dandelion greens or take digestive enzymes before meals. 10. Breathwork For Cellular Detox Practice 4-7-8 breathing daily for 5 minutes to activate detoxification. Also….If you’re ready to take your health into your own hands and want step by step instruction on how to do it... My Black Friday Deal is now live and it is the biggest discount I’ve ever had (and might ever have) where you get all of my protocols for a fraction of the price. Comment “BF 2025” and I’ll send over more info. #detoxdudes #detox #detoxyourbody #healingjourney #wellness #biohacking #cleanse #toxins #deephealing #parasites

Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from the simplest tools.

A saltwater flush can feel like hitting the reset button on your entire system. It works fast, it’s cheap, and it clears out things you didn’t even know were weighing you down.

Just make sure you do this on a day where you don’t have to leave the house. If you want to take your health into your own hands and get access to all of my protocols at a fraction of the cost of the normal price, comment ‘BF 2025’. #detoxdudes #detox #saltwaterflush #guthealth #gutcleanse

Your liver isn’t enough anymore. In a perfect world, your liver could filter and detox everything you throw at it. But today’s world is a chemical soup of pesticides, plastics, heavy metals, meds, seed oils, mold. The load is too high. What happens? The liver clogs. Stones build up. Mucous plaque lines the gut. Toxins get recycled back into your blood instead of being cleared. That’s why so many people feel brain fog, fatigue, skin breakouts, hormonal chaos and have no clue it’s from toxic buildup. If youre ready to take your health into your own hands and want to follow all of my protocols at a fraction of the normal price, comment ‘BF 2025’ to learn more about my Black Friday deal. #detoxdudes #detox #livercleanse #liverstones #mucoidplaque

One of the most powerful detox tools on the planet is sitting on a grocery store shelf for ten bucks.
Castor oil is not just “old school.” It’s one of the fastest ways to clear stagnation, purge pathogens, flush out microscopic organisms, and reset a sluggish gut. One dose and your body will empty everything it’s been holding onto, including things you didn’t even know were inside you.
Do it once a month and you’ll feel lighter, clearer, calmer, and noticeably cleaner on the inside.
It’s simple, cheap, and wildly effective… but almost no one uses it.
But Castor Oil is just the tip of the iceberg…
If you want to learn how to take your health into your own hands, and get step by step instructions on how to do it…I’ve extetended my Black Friday Offer where you can get all of my protocols at 90% off through Cyber Monday. Heavy metal poisoning symptoms hide behind common diagnoses. Doctors call it anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue but they never test for metals. 10 signs you’re dealing with heavy metal toxicity: Brain fog that won’t clear. Fatigue sleep can’t fix. Metallic taste. Panic attacks. Sensitivity to light, sound, smells. Memory getting worse. Twitches, tremors, tinnitus. Mood swings or flat depression. Waking at 2-3am. Chemical sensitivity increasing. If you have 3 or more of these, get tested. Heavy metals destroy the nervous system slowly and most people never connect the dots. #detoxdudes #detox #toxins #heavymetaldetox #heavymetalpoisoning

12 years ago I was a Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion living in Manhattan, at the top of my game. Then my body started falling apart, and I couldn't figure out why.

For four years I was in hell. Crippling depression, anxiety, panic attacks. There were stretches where I was basically bedridden, peeing in a bucket because I couldn't make it out of my room. My own thoughts physically hurt my brain. At my lowest, I was writing goodbye letters to my family.
I threw everything at it. Psychiatrists and seven different medications. Every diet you can name. Float tanks, stem cells, ketamine, 31 ayahuasca ceremonies. I spent over a million dollars trying to buy my way back to health. Nothing held. I'd feel a little better, then crash right back down.

What finally turned it around was removal. My body was drowning in heavy metals, worms, and a gut caked with years of buildup, and no pill on earth could fix that while the poison was still inside me. The moment I started pulling the toxins out in the right order, everything changed. The depression lifted. My energy came roaring back. My brain came online for the first time in years.

That was over eight years and thousands of clients ago, everyone from everyday people to pro athletes and billionaires. If you want to learn how we help people and what it looks like to work with us, comment ‘health’, and I’ll send you more information.

Do a real 30-day parasite cleanse and I’d be shocked if you don’t see something leave your body.
A proper parasite cleanse requires steps. To do it right, you need to: 1. Open your drainage pathways first
Your colon, liver, gallbladder, lymph…all need to be flowing or the die-off will wreck you. 2. Heal the gut lining and stabilize mast cells
If the gut is inflamed or leaky, the toxins released by dying parasites will flood your system. 3. Add binders before killing anything
Pectins, charcoals, clays, zeolites…these grab the toxins so you don’t get hit with brain fog, panic, or skin flare-ups. 4. THEN introduce parasite-killing herbs
This is where the “holy sh*t I can’t believe that came out of me” moment happens. 5. Support the liver throughout the process
Because parasites dump ammonia, heavy metals, and chemical waste when they die. Do these steps in the right order and the cleanse becomes transformational. Even the most dialed-in, “picture of health” people are full of them. If you want to get access to my parasite cleanse protocol as well as every single one of my other protocols for 90% off, comment “BF 2025”, to learn more about my holiday #detoxdudes #detox #toxins #parasites #parasitecleanse

Mold toxicity is one of the most underdiagnosed conditions and one of the most destructive. If you’ve felt “off” for months or years with no clear explanation, mold could be the root cause. The tricky part about mold is that you don’t always see it or smell it. It hides in walls, HVAC systems, bathrooms, and basements. You can be exposed daily without knowing. #detoxdudes #detox #mold #moldtoxicity #mycotoxins

That “healthy” can of tuna might be one of the most mercury-loaded things you eat all week.
Tuna gets marketed as the clean, lean, high-protein choice, so people eat it constantly and feel good about it. Here’s the problem hiding in that. Tuna is a large predatory fish near the top of the ocean food chain. It spends its whole life eating smaller fish, and all the mercury in every one of them concentrates up into its flesh. The bigger and older the tuna, the more it’s carrying.
And mercury doesn’t pass through you and leave. It crosses into your brain and your nervous system and stays there, building with every serving. Even once a week adds up over months and years into a real load your body can’t easily clear.
That’s why tuna can quietly sit behind the brain fog, the anxiety, the fatigue, and the low mood that never seem to have a cause. You’re eating what you think is one of the healthiest proteins on the shelf, and slowly dosing yourself with one of the most neurotoxic metals on earth.
If you’re going to eat fish, smaller is safer. Sardines, anchovies, and wild salmon carry a fraction of the mercury because they’re lower on the chain and don’t live long enough to accumulate it.
