This is the most unusual athlete endorsement I’ve ever seen 👇 So @arynasabalenka is the world #1 tennis player. She’s tried everything to gain an edge. Now, this story starts with her performance coach, @jasonstacy.coach. He discovered this supplement @im8health on his own and started taking it. Noticed better energy and faster recovery, so he recommended it to Aryna For context, @im8health is an all-in-one supplement with 92 clinically-dosed ingredients, co-founded by David Beckham. Now, Aryna is skeptical of everything because one contaminated product could end her career. But @im8health is NSF Certified for Sport so she tried it. And she noted the same results as her coach - better energy during matches, faster recovery, sharper focus. Her team liked it so much they reached out to @im8health wanting to partner. This led to Aryna becoming their global ambassador. But then she took it even further, investing her own money and becoming a strategic investor. A completely organic story going from user, to endorser, to investor. And if the world #1 tennis player is willing to bet her career on a product, that’s quite a statement.

We need to talk about the most insane running race that just happened in Tennessee 👇 Nobody finished the race for the 2nd straight year. Very fitting, as it’s known as “The Race That Eats It’s Young”. This is the Barkley Marathons. It started back in the 80’s and only 20 people have ever finished it. Made by Gary Cantrell, also known as Lazarus Lake. The course is a 20 mile loop through Frozen Head State Park in Tennessee, and you do 5 laps for 100 miles. But the 100 miles, isn’t even the crazy part… To apply, you have to write a letter to Lazarus on why you should be allowed in. If accepted, your entry fee is a license plate from your home state. But if you’re a past finisher, your entry fee is a pack of cigs for Lazarus. They assign bib #1 to the person least likely to finish the first lap, and they are known as ”The Human Sacrifice”. To signal the start of the race, Lazarus lights his cigarette and begins smoking. The 100 mile race has 54,000 feet of elevation gain. The course is unmarked and you can only navigate from notes. Along the track, you have to find books and rip out a page to prove you completed the lap. When someone drops out, a bugler plays “Taps”, which is the sound the military plays to signal lights out. The list of crazy things goes on and on. Just an insane race, and I question the sanity of the 20 people who have completed this.

This is hands down the coolest 5k in the country, and it’s run exactly like an F1 race 👇 So this is the Bandit Grand Prix (@banditgrandprix), hosted by Bandit Running (@bandit). But this is nothing like your local charity 5K. They run the whole thing like an actual F1 Grand Prix. During the day, you’ve got 5K races that work as qualifying heats. The top finishers move on to a 3K Super Final at night. And here’s the F1 part - where you finish in your qualifying heat, sets your spot on the starting grid for the finals. So the better you run, the better your pole position. The course itself is a multi-lap circuit. You do 5 laps, weaving your way through this warehouse and through turns outside. But the inside is where it’s wild. It’s dark, red lights everywhere, a DJ going the entire time, and spectators lining the course. It feels like an underground party you’re running through. Then it all ends with a podium celebration and a full afterparty right there in the warehouse. No other brand in running is doing anything close to this. Well done Bandit. #running #bandit #banditgrandprix

If you’re the type who trains hard, but you’re still always tired - there’s a hidden enemy that’s ruining your performance 👇 So you crushed the workout… Heavy weight. Got a good sweat. Mission accomplished. But what most people don’t realize is that training works because it stresses the body. And that stress triggers cortisol. Now, cortisol isn’t the enemy. It’s essential for performance progress - it mobilizes energy, sharpens focus, and drives performance under load. That’s why cortisol rises during intense training. But the issue isn’t cortisol during performance, it’s what happens after. Instead of returning to baseline, cortisol can remain elevated for up to 72 hours after a workout. And when it stays chronically elevated, progress stalls. Your sleep quality drops, muscles recover slower, immunity weakens. And that’s where this company KA-EX (@kaex.official) comes in. They built the world’s first fast-acting cortisol stress reducer, designed to support and enhance the post-performance recovery phase. It contains bioactive substances, amino acids, alkali salts, electrolytes, functional sugars, and vitamins - which support bringing cortisol back toward baseline after training. Across 3 independent studies on elite athletes, KA-EX was shown to reduce cortisol levels by 36% within 48 hours. Resting heart rate decreased, stress markers improved, REM sleep increased, and fatigue was reduced. And all of that has led to professional teams, Olympic athletes, and everyday high-performers integrating KA-EX into their recovery protocols. Because cortisol powers performance, but balance drives progress.

This company just launched the world's first breathable lung health device 👇 So this is the L Max from a company called Climatic (@climatichealth). But the way it works and what it does for you is pretty wild. You slide the supplement into the device, close it up, and then do a deep inhale and exhale. It’s a blend of all-natural ingredients that go directly to your lungs. Designed to clear them out and make breathing easier. We already obsess over things like filtering water, gut health, sleep optimization, you name it. But almost nobody thinks proactively about lung health. Your environment is shaping your health more than you think. City air, smoke, allergens, travel… Your lungs deal with this everyday. And this is the first product designed to help you breathe through it. The early data is exciting. - 98% of people reported easier breathing during workouts - 80% improved HRV in just 2 weeks Lung health has been a blind spot in wellness for a while, but that might change now.

This shoe is taking over and we need to talk about it 👇 You can’t go anywhere without seeing someone in these shoes. So the brand is Salomon (@salomon). It’s a French outdoor brand, and the shoes are meant for hiking and trail running. But people have turned them into performative fashion. Now, I dug into the data on Particl (@particl.hq). But you really don’t need the data to know this. Just look down in public and you’ll see. They have a variety of shoes. But the XT-6 Gore Tex is the one that has taken over as a fashion statement. Doing almost double the volume than every other shoe. The basic black and white color are the most popular. But they have over 350 variants. So you have definitely seen some version. Now, this follows a much broader trend. Fitness and sport is becoming cool and blending with fashion and lifestyle. With bold colors, unique patterns, and limited edition collabs. It’s not about minimal athleisure anymore. Fitness is a personality trait now. And people want to express themselves in both what they wear and the activities they do.

HYROX (@hyroxworld) just announced a fitness cruise, but this thing is no vacation… It’s a full on training camp at sea. So this is part of something new called HYROX Experiences (@hyroxexperiences). And their first experience is this Cruise in Europe. It starts in Palma de Mallorca. Then hits Marseille. Then Barcelona. Then back to Palma. So yes, it is a real cruise. But it’s also a full blown HYROX week. They’re advertising 350 hours of expert led classes, challenges, and clinics. They ever have group workouts built for up to 150 people at once. And they’re teasing a HYROX race “in a format you have never seen before” with special athletes. But it’s not just workouts… There are panel talks, meet-and-greets, and a big pool deck party to close it out. It’s also adults only, no kids on the ship. Let’s zoom out - this is HYROX taking the “race weekend” and turning it into a premium travel experience. Fitness racing AND wellness travel have both exploded in popularity. So if this sells, don’t be surprised when other companies ride their wake.

The neuroscientist behind your favorite protocols built his own energy drink - but for a specific reason 👇 Look, most of us are addicted to caffeine from coffee and energy drinks. But the crash, jitters, and appetite swings? Not so much. Now, Andrew Huberman (@hubermanlab) has used a different energy drink for decades because it feels different. A steadier, cleaner focus. And that is Yerba Mate. But he doesn’t just drink and recommend it. He helped create his own Yerba Mate company called Mateina (@mateina). The difference in plain English: - Coffee hits fast and hard, that’s the jolt and the jitters. - Mateina’s Yerba Mate pairs caffeine with plant compounds that moderate the landing, so attention lasts without the shaky edge. Compared to typical energy drinks, you’re not chasing sugar and mega doses. You’re aiming for sustained alertness that plays nice with your metabolism. Where it shines is with creative work, endurance, or a midday reset. And all of that is really the “why” behind Huberman’s involvement. It’s energy that works with your biology, not against it. So you can schedule focus instead of surviving spikes. Also, Mateina is now available at Whole Foods nationwide.

@nike is officially back in the gym, but this time they’re not building their own. So Nike has been trying to crack the gym for years now. Back in 2023 they went all in and built their own, called Nike Studios. HIIT, running, and strength studios in LA and Austin. Earlier this year, they shut down every single one. But here’s where the story recently turned. Instead of forcing their own gyms, they are now partnering with on of the best gyms in the game. The Yard Gym (@theyard_gym). This gym blew up out of Australia, and now they’re opening clubs everywhere. The classes are a mix of strength training and cardio, and has an aesthetic and design that feels ultra premium. But what they’ve really cracked is this blend of community and training style that people are looking for these days. And that’s what Nike wants, and what The Yard Gym has. Which is why Nike made them their first ever Global Nike Training Partner. Putting Nike gear and training inside The Yard Gyms. I think this is a really smart play by both sides. Nike stops trying to be the gym. And instead powers the gym that’s already winning.

The first ever sauna festival in New York is happening now 👇 This is Culture of Bathe-ing (@cultureofbatheing). For context, it’s led by Therme Group (@thermegroup) - a massive global developer of what they call “urban wellness resorts”. They have a huge presence in Europe, so this Culture of Bathe-ing festival in New York, is really to introduce the U.S.. Now here’s what this festival features: - It’s 3 weeks long. - Over 15 saunas with difference experiences and rituals inside. - Wellness experiences like breath work, yoga, and sound baths. - Entertainment like live performances, DJs, and artistic programming. - A beautiful venue in Brooklyn overlooking Manhattan. This whole event is aiming to create an immersive, shared cultural experience. And whether they stick to popups like this. Or build out full urban wellness resorts like in Europe. Bathing culture has serious momentum in America and not going away anytime soon.

The most interesting wellness club in the world isn’t in an expensive city. It’s on a farm. It’s called Sweet Honey Farm (@sweet.honeyfarm), and it was started by Devon Lévesque (@devonlevesque). The whole place feels completely different from the luxury wellness clubs popping up everywhere. It’s a real working farm, built around a house that actually feels like someone’s home. And there’s a ridiculous amount here: - Longevity barn for training and recovery - Saunas and cold plunges - Pickleball and basketball courts - Places to work and hang out throughout the property - Fresh food and produce from the farm - More than 300 animals roaming around But I think the setting is what makes this place so good. Wellness clubs keep getting more futuristic, luxurious, and somehow more complicated. And then you have this place basically saying go outside, eat food grown here, workout, hang with people, and maybe pet a cow. There’s obviously a lot of expensive wellness stuff here too. But the farm part and homey feel is what makes it different.

Miami is shifting from party city to performance city 👇 So Miami has always been known for the beaches and nightlife. But the new Miami flex is wellness, fitness, and feeling good while you’re there. Three signals of this: 1. @_thewellnessoasis at Miami Art Week. A mental health and wellness experience that includes expert talks, immersive programming, movement, and more. Built straight into the art world’s biggest week. Culture plus cortisol control. 2. The city’s Spring Break rebrand. March has been party central forever, but officials are leaning into fitness events instead. They’ve already announced @wodapalooza will be in March of 2026. And they want to bring more similar events to the city. 3. Wellness focused residences and clubs being built. Such as @thewell. A wellness focused residence with amenities like rejuvenation pools, a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, an organic restaurant, and more. Look, partying will never be fully replaced. But these moves are just signals that Miami is expanding what it’s famous for, and trying to adapt to consumer wellness preferences.

HYROX just created a little league for hybrid athletes 👇 They just launched HYROX Youngstars, which is a youth division for kids ages 8 to 15. And this is not just some inflatable obstacle course on the side of the adult race. It’s a scaled version of HYROX. The kids run, ski-erg, sled push, farmer’s carry, everything. The only difference are the distances and weights. Adults are already obsessed with HYROX. So this initiative is a push to make it a whole family affair. And you can kinda see where this goes. Gyms will start training kids for HYROX. Parents and kids will race the same weekend. Some dad is gonna lose his mind over his 6 yr olds sled push time. Which is both funny and slightly terrifying. But big picture, this is smart. HYROX is building roots, and trying to make fitness racing something kids grow up doing. #hyrox #fitness #workout

Comment "SUPPLEMENT" and I’ll send you the full top 10 list and our breakdown on it. --- Protein supplements are officially dead, and here’s what’s taking its place 👇 So @joinsuppco gave me exclusive data on the top 10 supplements people are taking in 2026. They are a supplement tracking and testing app, so they have data on what people are actually taking. But here’s the surprising thing this list reveals: 1️⃣ CREATINE HAS LEFT THE GYM - It claims 3 of the top 10 spots. It’s not just for the gym bros anymore, as people are taking it for cognitive function and healthy aging. 2️⃣ MAGNESIUM IS THE NEW MULTIVITAMIN - Again claiming 3 of the top 10 spots. Magnesium Glycinate has become the default for stress, sleep, and recovery. 3️⃣ THE BASICS ARE WINNING - The top 5 includes gut health, Vitamin D, creatine, magnesium, and omega 3’s. These are not new discoveries, they’re effective staples. 4️⃣ PROTEIN POWDER IS FADING - Not a single protein supplement in the top 10. With all these protein infused snacks now, who needs protein powder. This list tells us where consumer preferences and supplements are heading. They’re shifting to a performance focus with foundational, targeted solutions.
