Which one to keep?! I wanted to treat myself to something after the @edbookfest last week which was a really special career moment for me! I think I’m leaning towards the brown and they feel a bit more wearable year round? Also had a moment of instagram nostalgia taking these photos in my bedroom and instantly posting them!! It can feel so hard not to overthink posting when it’s your job, which I know sounds so trivial, but this was a nice reminder NOT to overthink sometimes. Anyway please tell me which ones I should return! And thank you! ❤️

I’m having a big old knee surgery today, so I’ll be off my feet and taking some time of work for a while. Chief nurse (mum) has checked in for duty, and I’ve had a nice weekend in London making the most of being up and about. Bought these sunglasses the other day and thought they looked cool in the shop and now I’m questioning my judgement. Had a brilliant lunch at @shankeys.hackney and a bagel at @pauliesbagels. Wore my new @rohe_frames leather jacket that I love so much I might sleep in it over the coming weeks. And I caved and bought a kindle, specifically to read long books on. The first book I wanted to read on there was Paul Auster’s “4321” and it’s not on there, is this a common occurrence or did I manage to pick the only book that is NOT available on kindle? But I will stay mostly dedicated to physical books, I promise. Thank you for all the kind messages about my knee already, I am dreading this but also know I will be ok!! See you all on the other side! ❤️
