This is a cheat code. Give yourself permission to feel the way that you want to feel- now. I have a 3 step process to do this if you’re not sure how: 1. Get clear on the feelings that you really want (hint: you don’t want the things you want, you want the feeling you believe those things will bring you) 2. Make a list of reasons you already have to feel that way 3. Make a list of things you can do NOW to cultivate those feelings Updating your self-concept will change your life. Embodiment !!! Pass it on. Em 🐬 #neuroscience #embodiment

To all the people who like to complain, judge, and criticize in the comments: I would move along, before it negatively impacts your brain health and performance 🧠💖 But for real.. If you’re constantly criticizing or complaining, your brain will literally block you from the life you want. Here’s the neuroscience: * Complaining strengthens negative neural pathways * Activates stress + dysregulates your emotions * Shrinks the brain’s problem-solving center * And keeps you focused on everything that’s not working Want to rewire your reality? Start by rewiring your thoughts. 🌟 Focus on solutions.
🌟 Speak in gratitude.
🌟 Shift your identity from victim to creator. I love you guys so much & thank you to all the real ones out there ❤️🙏🏼🙂‍↕️ Em #mindset #mentalhealth #mindsetmatters #mindfulness #brain

Science shows that you need to be EXTREME in order to be successful 🧠 Bottom Line: You can’t create an extraordinary life with average energy. If you’re half in, your brain is half invested. But when you’re obsessed? Your identity, your chemistry, and your reality all shift to match it. So yeah—be extreme. Em 💖 #brain #mindset #mindsetmatters #growthmindset

Neuroscience shows that you don’t live in the same reality as anyone else.. so why do you think anyone else’s rules apply to you? I personally follow the philosophy of taking what resonates and leaving what does not. No one is experiencing the world the same way that you do. The neuroscience of reality clearly shows this. This realization personally helped me be more compassionate toward other others and toward myself. ❤️ Go sauce ppl with your flavor you rock PEACE ‼️ Em #neuroscience #brain #reality #authenticity

Stress kills, 5 minutes behind does not. Have you ever heard the saying, “haste makes waste”? This is why 🧠 Your brain trades clarity for speed when you rush. Of course I dont TRY to be late, but if im running a few minutes behind, I don’t stress myself out about it. ❤️🙏Em #neuroscience #mentalhealth #wellness

Your brain constructs your entire experience of reality. 🧠 You don’t see with your eyes. You see with your mind. If you want to learn how to reshape reality, you have to understand how your brain creates it first Your brain guesses what’s out there based on your beliefs. So if it’s all a guess anyway…
why not program it to guess in your favor? This is how I created my dream life, and how I help others do the same. ✨ Sending you all the love Em 💖 #brain #reality #mindset #mindsetmatters #mindfulness

Let’s be honest, we’re hurtling through space on a ball. Zoom out. Play the game. Play isn’t distraction, it’s brain optimization. When your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, your brain will try to keep you safe. Playing the game flips the switch back to “Smart mode”. It opens your mind. ❤️🐬 Em #neuroscience #mindset #growth

Science shows best way to stop yourself from achieving your goals is to try to plan everything out before you start. Here’s why: 🧠 Overplanning gives your brain a dopamine hit -> it feels like progress, but you haven’t actually done anything. 🧠 Your prefrontal cortex + Default Mode Network get stuck in analysis paralysis, looping on “what ifs” instead of action. 🧠 And because you never take that first step, your brain never gets the real dopamine + neuroplasticity boost that comes from DOING. Ive seen way too many of my students get caught up in the planning phase. The truth is that you don’t need to know every step. You just need the NEXT step. That’s where the magic begins. ✨ Start small. Send it. ✨ Let the action create the momentum. ✨ Your brain will rewire to meet you there. What’s ONE tiny step you can take today toward your dream? 🚀 🚀🚀 Em #mindset #growth #mindsetmatters
