#ad Sesame Gim Ranch that you could eat by the spoonful! A dip so delicious, thanks to locally made dairy @milkupontario #MilkUPPartner 

Recipe:

½ cup buttermilk
¼ cup sour cream
⅓ cup butter, melted
5 scallions, charred
1 egg yolk
½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 sheet seaweed, toasted
Pinch salt

1. To a blender (if using a stick blender, add to a tall measuring cup), add your egg yolk, and chopped charred scallions. 
2. While the blender is running, slowly stream the hot butter into the blender to cook the egg yolk. Blend until smooth.
3. To the blender add the buttermilk, sour cream, roasted crushed seaweed, sesame seeds, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
4. Blend to combine.
5. Serve alongside your favorite bbq. Store in the fridge when not using. Best consumed within 3-4 days.

Banoffee Pie Cups Recipe courtesy of MilkUP:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 can (14 oz) dulce de leche
2–3 bananas, sliced
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
½ tsp vanilla paste of extract
Optional Garnish: cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of individual cups. Chill for 10–15 minutes. 
2. Add Caramel Layer: Spread dulce de leche evenly over the crust. 
3. Add Banana: Layer sliced bananas on top of the dulce de leche. 
4. Whip Cream: Whip heavy cream with vanilla and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Top each cup generously using a ziploc as a piping bag. 

Garnish & Serve: Create an indent in the whip cream with the back of a spoon. Add 1 tsp of dulce de leche in the crater. Sprinkle with a dusting of cocoa powder. Chill before serving.

Vanilla Honey Cream Fizz tastes like a creamsicle in drink form! Make your non-alcoholic cocktails creamy and easy with local Ontario milk this holiday season. @MilkUpOntario #ad

8 oz chilled 3.25% milk
4 oz vanilla syrup
2 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)
4 pinches ground cinnamon
4 drops orange blossom water (optional, adds a bright floral holiday note)
12 oz chilled sparkling water or club soda
Ice
Garnish: 4 sugared rosemary sprigs + light grating of nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS
• Add milk, vanilla syrup, honey syrup, cinnamon, and orange blossom water to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and frothy.
• Strain evenly into 4 festive glasses with fresh ice.
• Slowly top with sparkling water to create a foamy crown.
• Garnish with a sugared rosemary sprig and a sprinkle of fresh nutmeg.
