@eatingwithkirby Did I just make mini croissants out of frozen scallion pancake? 🫢🥐 And I fully admit it’s more like 1 PRODUCT, and technically 3 ingredients, ok?? 🤪 Honestly I still can’t believe this worked 😅 These scallion pancake croissant bites were SOOO crispy, poppable, and might disappear in minutes if you’re not looking 👀 Comment “CRISPY” for the full recipe, though it’s so simple, it’s more like tips + tricks✨ #scallionpancake #croissantbites #foodhack

Did you know that it takes over 1,000 litres of fresh milk just to craft two wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano?! 🧀😱 I recently toured the beautiful Parmigiano Reggiano production area in Italy (Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, and parts of Bologna and Mantova), which is the only zone in the world where authentic Parmigiano Reggiano can be made! 🇮🇹 From the 20-day salt bath to the minimum one-year aging process, seeing the dedication of these cheese masters firsthand was truly amazing 💕 If you’re planning a trip to Italy, I HIGHLY recommend adding Parma, Bologna, or Modena to your itinerary! These dairies are open for tours year-round. Plus, they host “Caseifici Aperti” (Open Dairies), a festive weekend where all of the dairies celebrate with special tastings, tours, and live events! 🎉 Would you like to see firsthand how Parmigiano Reggiano is made?👇 @parmigianoreggiano.na @parmigianoreggianoglobal #ParmigianoReggiano #ad #hosted #GreaterTogether

Trying the VIRAL yogurt + cookie hack!! ✨ Apparently when you put cookies into Greek yogurt, and keep it in the fridge overnight, the cookies will soften from the yogurt and the whole thing will taste like cheesecake! 🍰 [tips] 💁🏻‍♀️ Use plain greek yogurt! Flavour it (if you wish) with freeze dried strawberries, matcha powder, cocoa powder, etc 💁🏻‍♀️ Use thin cookies like sablé, oreos (scrap the middle off), peak freans or shortcake cookies like what I used, or even biscoff cookies! [steps] 1. You can use the greek yogurt cup and stick cookies directly into it OR scoop it out like me into a saran wrap lined glass container. 2. Insert cookies into the yogurt closely together until all of the yogurt is covered. 3. Leave in fridge for 18+ hours (this will allow the cookies to absorb the moisture from the yogurt). 4. The result should be soft moist 'cake like' layers paired with greek yogurt which will taste like a 'healthier' cheesecake! If needed, top with honey for more sweetness 🍯 Will you give this a try? 😝

When @ArmstrongCheese CHEESEGPT decides what you have for a cozy dinner night in 🙂‍↔️✨#ad It told me to make this ONE POT Lactose-Free Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese with Crispy Bacon and wow.... does this look delicious or WHATTTT 🤩 Lactose-Free Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese with Crispy Bacon (One Pot) Ingredients (Serves 4–6) 8 oz (about 2 cups) dry short-cut pasta (such as shells, rotini, or cavatappi) 1 ½ cups butternut squash purée (from a can) 2 cups lactose-free milk 2 cups chicken broth 1 ½ cups Armstrong Lactose-Free Triple Cheddar Shredded Cheese 3 slices bacon, chopped 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp cornstarch ½ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp onion powder ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional but adds great flavor) Instructions 1. In a large pot or deep skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel–lined plate. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the pot (discard any excess). 2. In the same pot, add the dry pasta, lactose-free milk, and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring often so the pasta doesn’t stick. Cook until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 8–10 minutes. 3. Lower the heat to medium-low. Stir in the butternut squash purée, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth and heated through. 4. In a small bowl, whisk the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to make a slurry. Stir a little bit into the pot and cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened. Then, add the Armstrong Lactose-Free Triple Cheddar Cheese, stirring constantly until melted and creamy. 5. Fold in half of the crispy bacon. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve warm, topped with the remaining bacon and a sprinkle of extra cheese if desired. 6. Add Salt and black pepper, to taste. Enjoy! #canadianscravearmstrong #cheesegpt
