For this chorizo my way you’ll need: 

4lb ground pork
1 tbs whole peppercorn 
1 tbs whole cumin 
2 tsp Mexican dry oregano 
Salt to taste 
Garlic (like 5) 
1/2 stick of cinnamon 
2 tsp paprika 
1 tbs onion powder 
2 tbs garlic powder 
3 dry bay leaves 
3 dry ancho Chiles 
10 dry chile guajillo 
1/4 cup white vinegar

It’s disgusting that you guys can’t judge by character and focus on someone’s skin…ironic because that’s EXACTLY what a racist does. Get over yourself and next time you say stupid things to a woman like this maybe realize that your attitude might be the reason a woman won’t marry you. 🇲🇽❤️Mexican bakery finds❤️🇲🇽
These are hella classic: Conchas = conch 

Here is MY recipe 🙄 

For the dough: 
8 cups of bread flour 
2 packs of instant yeast
1.5 cups warm milk
1 cup sugar 
6 ROOM temp eggs
2-room temp butter bars 
4 tbs vanilla extract 

Mix very well, knead for 5 minutes by hand after using a mixer for about 5 minutes, and let it rest until doubled. 

Shape them and add your shell, then rest for another 30 minutes, then bake 340° for 15-20 min 

For shell: 
3 cups AP flour 
3 cups powdered sugar 
4 bars of room-temperature butter 
Mix well 

Mix well and then divide and add your toppings. Do whatever you want to make your shell and place it over the raw dough making sure you cover the dough fully. 

Enjoy!!!!!!

One question I always get asked is how I “manage” with 5 kids, given that everyone has different capabilities and schedules. I’m going to answer the question based on my life because you asked ME. 

- declutter your house as much as you can, it’s less to clean 
- Create a routine that allows some flexibility so you don’t go crazy 
- Get an “everything” bin so you don’t get distracted as you clean a room. Whatever doesn’t go in that room place it in the bin and wait to put it all away once you’re done with that room. 
- Focus on one room at a time and don’t move on until it’s done. 
- PUT THE PHONE AWAY! Trust. 
- Everyone needs to have a job, even the baby. We aren’t no maids 🫣 

Anyways here’s to more cleaning/organizing content coming soon.

Sometimes it’s not your recipe… it’s your salt. 🌶️
Salt doesn’t just make food salty, it wakes up every flavor.
In Mexican cooking, a pinch too little can make a dish fall flat, and the right amount can make it unforgettable.

Many times, the reason food doesn’t taste right is simply because people don’t use enough salt.
Obviously, if you can’t have salt for any reason, this doesn’t apply to you. But what I’ve noticed when I teach private cooking classes or help friends in their kitchens is this:
being scared of salt is one of the main reasons a dish tastes “off.”

Every authentic Mexican dish has one thing in common, balance.
Salt bridges the smoky, the spicy, and the tangy.
It’s not about making food salty, it’s about making flavor come alive.

Salt is the bridge between bland and bold.
