CHICKEN CRUST
450g ground chicken
2 large eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

TOPPINGS
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozarella cheese
20-30 turkey pepperoni slices
Sriracha drizzle
Honey drizzle

DIRECTIONS -
1) Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
3) Transfer the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press it into a thin, even circle or rectangle. 
4) Pop it in the oven for 25 minutes, or until golden and firm. Let it rest for 5 minutes to set.
5) Crank the oven up to 450°F. Spread on your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
6) Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
7) Let it cool slightly, then drizzle on sriracha and honey. Dig in and enjoy every crispy, cheesy bite!

3 Ingredient Red Velvet Cake Balls ❤️‍🔥

Moist cake (so sorry for using the M word) mixed with cream cheese frosting all wrapped up in white chocolate?! Name something better. 

INGREDIENTS -
1 box red velvet cake mix, I used Betty Crocker
1/3 cup cream cheese icing, I used Betty Crocker
1 bag white candy melts, 12 oz

DIRECTIONS -
1) Start by preparing your cake by package directions. Beat cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
2) Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish and bake in a 350 degree F oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
3) Let the cake cool completely, then crumble it with a fork in a large bowl or in the baking dish. Set aside 1/3 cup of crumbled cake to decorate the outside of the cake pops.
4) Stir the frosting into the crumbled cake, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until chilled.
5) Use a cookie scoop and your hands to roll the mixture into evenly sized small balls and place on large baking sheet. You want to try make them all a consistent size – aim for the size of a ping pong ball.
Freeze again until balls are hard.
6) It’s easier to roll the cake & frosting mixture into perfectly round balls if it’s cold. The cake & frosting mixture is super moist, and at room temperature it makes it extremely difficult to shape them perfectly.
7) Once they have been frozen, I give them another little roll to smooth out the sides. Then place on a cookie sheet. 
8) Melt candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals or in a double boiler. 
9) Place the dough balls into a fork and lower into the melted chocolate. Tap the fork onto the bowl to let excess chocolate drip off. Transfer back to cookie sheet and add red velvet cake crumbs on top of the truffles immediately.
10) Repeat until all the balls have been dipped. If the chocolate begins to thicken up, add back to microwave for 15 seconds so it’s easier to use.
11) Allow balls to sit at room temperature until they are solid. There you have it, you have easy red velvet balls!

2 Ingredient Orange Rose Mimosa Cubes 🍊

With just a splash of orange juice, fresh orange slices, and a big ol’ ice cube mold, you’re on your way to the fanciest glass of bubbly you’ve ever sipped.

These a) keep your bubbly colder for WAY longer and b) are the cutest flipping cubes you’ve ever seen.

INGREDIENTS -
2 large oranges
1 1/2 cups orange juice (approx)
Big ice cube molds (linked on my blog post & on Amazon storefront)

DIRECTIONS -
1) Slice your oranges thinly, then cut each slice in half to make semicircles. This will allow them to be easily folded into rose shapes.
2) Take 3-4 half-slices and fold them into the mold, layering them so they resemble the petals of a rose. Adjust the pieces as needed to achieve the rose look.
3) Carefully pour orange juice into each mold, filling to just below the top. The orange juice will freeze around the orange slices, holding them in place and enhancing the flavor.
4) Place the tray in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours or until completely solid. For best results, freeze overnight.
5) Pop out the Orange Rose Ice Cubes and add them to a glass of bubbly to create a gorgeous, citrus-infused mimosa!

INGREDIENTS -

DIRECTIONS -
1) In a small saucepan, add the water and protein powder. Whisk well until fully dissolved.
2) Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the top and let it sit for 2–3 minutes to bloom.
3) Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved (do not boil).
4) Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined dish.
5) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
6) Pop out of molds or cut into bite-sized pieces. Store the sour gummies in an airtight container in the fridge. Can also toss in some lemon juice and monk fruit sweetener for some extra ZINGGGG.

INGREDIENTS -
CHICKEN CRUST
450g ground chicken
2 large eggs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

TOPPINGS
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup grated mozarella cheese
20 turkey pepperoni slices

DIRECTIONS -
1) Set your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
3) Transfer the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press it into a thin, even circle or rectangle. You want it thin or else it will have a hard time getting crispy. 
4) Pop it in the oven for 25 minutes, or until golden and firm. Let it rest for 5 minutes to set.
5) Crank the oven up to 425°F. Spread on your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
6) Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
7) Let it cool slightly, then dig in and enjoy every crispy, cheesy bite!
