#ad Apple roses are the only roses I want to receive this fall. 🍎🌹 Using puff pastry, fresh apples and @kerrygoldusa new Cinnamon & Sugar Butter, these look fancy but are SO simple to make.

Because, as always, quality > quantity. When you have good ingredients, you don’t have to do much to make them shine. Kerrygold butter is made with milk from Irish grass-fed cows, and this special Cinnamon & Sugar Butter is already spiced, so it gives the apples that warm, cozy flavor without adding an extra step to your plate. You can find this tasty butter at Walmart and Whole Foods.

#PLANTERSBrandPartner Hosting during the holidays can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be with @mrpeanutofficial. One of my favorite hacks is having a snack board ready for guests to nibble on the second they walk in. It buys you time to finish getting dinner together and makes everyone instantly happy.

Here’s how I build mine ⤵️

🧀 Cheese: Start with 1–2 cheeses — one hard and one soft. Think Parmigiano, Manchego, or Cheddar for structure, and then something creamy like Brie or goat cheese for contrast.
🥓 Meats: Add some cured meats like prosciutto, sopressata, or salami. Fold or roll them to create dimension and make the board look full.
🥜 Nuts: My favorite part — the PLANTERS® FESTIVE FANCIFULS™ Nuts They bring flavor and crunch, and bonus points for going seasonal. I am loving the Butter Cinnamon Pecans, which are kettle-cooked and coated in buttery cinnamon goodness.
🥨 Crackers & Crunch: To balance the sweet, add a salty cracker or pretzels. Play with shapes and textures — I love something thin and crisp, that can double as a vessel for spreading.
🍇 Fresh Fruit & Olives: Brighten up the board with pops of color and acidity — grapes, citrus slices, or marinated olives.
🍯 Sweet Touch: Finish strong with jam or honey to give people the chance to build their own perfect sweet-salty bite.
🌿 Garnish: A few sprigs of rosemary or thyme will help it feel extra festive.

It’s the perfect mix of salty, sweet, soft, and crunchy and the easiest way to impress your guests….Now for some practical research…💬

What’s your must-have element on a snacking board?

They’re glossy, tender, sweet, and salty, and they couldn’t be easier to make. It’s alll done in one skillet, uses 5 ingredients, and takes only 20 minutes.

There are three things a turkey should be: flavorful, crispy, and really juicy.

This year I finally cracked the code — my 3-phase plan:

1 - dry brine
2 - citrus garlic herb injection
3 - buttery golden finish

The result? The juiciest, most flavorful turkey I’ve ever made (even Nonno said it was his favorite from the whole meal 🥹).

All my tips and tricks to making the perfect turkey🍗🔥

⭐️Comment “TURKEY” or “RECIPE” for my free guide on how to make a beautiful turkey + this full recipe including a PDF print out! ⭐️

Making a whole turkey is one of the most daunting tasks when it comes to Thanksgiving. A lot of this comes from the fact that turkey is often seen as the centerpiece dish of the table (even if some of the sides are arguably better), in addition to the hefty price tag that comes with this festive bird. It makes sense that nerves may be high when prepping this dish, but I am here to alleviate that stress for you.

Here are the key 🔑tips and tricks to a perfect bird:

🔪 Gather your ingredients so everything is ready to go!

🔪 BRINE your bird. Brining is the process of infusing proteins with salt, sugar, and flavor. In addition, it tenderizes and moisturizes meat. You can go with a wet or dry brine for this. My preference is a dry brine for ease and to ensure ultra-crispy skin. BONUS - add baking powder to your dry brine for even more skin-crisping action + brown sugar for bronzing.

🔪Get your bird to room temperature before it goes into the oven. Then, stuff the cavity, tie the legs, and give it a final coating of oil and salt.

🔪 Start in a HOT oven (400F) for the first 30 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350F for the remainder of the cook. Rotate every 30 minutes for even browning. The general rule is about 13 minutes per pound of unstuffed turkey.

🔪Allow the turkey to rest for at least 30 minutes once it comes out of the oven. This will let the juices settle evenly and bring the bird to the perfect temperature.

Cooking and cleaning seafood can be stressful but it doesn’t have to be. Here’s how to clean and cooking 5 common seafoods. 🦐

🔑 The most important part when cooking seafood is treating each fish individually to ensure it is cleaned properly and cooked to perfection. Here’s the breakdown:

Clams: let them soak in a mixture of cold water and 2-3 tbsp kosher salt for 1-2 hours until they spit out any sand or debris. Give it one more rinse. Cook in a pan or pot. Sauté oil & aromatics, add in the clams and add liquid of choice (wine, clam juice or water.) Steam until open and remove as they open. Discard any that don’t open.

Mussels: give it a rinse and then use a rough sponge to brush off any debris or seaweed on the outside of the shell. Pull out any of the beards. Cook the same as clams.

Scallops: if still attached, remove the abductor muscle (located on the side of the scallop). Pat dry, season with salt and sear in a hot pan with butter or oil until deep golden brown, flip and remove after 30sec-1 min.

Shrimps: remove the head and shells of the shrimp. Run a small sharp knife along the back of the shrimp and use the tip of the knife to remove the vain (it will always be there, even if it’s clear and empty - remove it.) Sear the shrimp in a hot pan with oil and butter til golden on both sides, about 2-3 min total.

Squids: separate the top and the bottom part of the squid. Reach into the center and remove the plastic like quill. Starting by the flaps, dig in to begin removing the exterior layer of skin of the calamari to reveal a solid white surface. Remove the bulb of the tentacle and cut just above the legs. To cook, you either have to go fast or slow. Give it a quick sear in a hot pan until it goes from opaque to white and remove, or let it go low and slow.

I know octopus can be a controversial ingredient for some people, but in my Italian family it was always just part of the table. Seafood salads in the summer, grilled octopus at gatherings, cold wine, lots of lemon, olive oil, and big platters shared around the table 🤍

So I wanted to share the easiest, most foolproof way I know how to cook it so it turns out perfectly tender every single time.
