Replying to @flvr global  Ad DORITOS LOADED STICKY CHICKEN I’ve partnered with @flvr global to make this delicious Doritos Loaded dish. #FLVR #doritos #doritosrecipe #doritosloaded  For 2-3 people you will need: Chicken: - 300g diced chicken thighs   - 1tbsp soy sauce - 1tsp garlic granules, black pepper & paprika   For the sauce: - 2tbsp honey - 1tbsp hoisin - 2tbsp rice vinegar - 3tbsp soy sauce - 1tbsp gochujang paste   - 1 diced onion - 1 diced green pepper For the nachos: - 1 bag Doritos dip or load salted tortilla chips - 2 sliced spring onions - Fresh coriander or parsley - 60g grated cheese - drizzle spicy mayo Dice the chicken nice and small and then add to a bowl with all the other chicken ingredients. Then get a large pan nice and hot with a little spray oil, add the chicken and leave it to cook without moving too much. Then add the peppers & onion to the pan and leave to cook for a few minutes until softened, next add in all of the sauce ingredients, leave this to reduce and go sticky. Deliciously Easy Yummy Meals for Everyone NANDOS CHICKEN AND HALLOUMI LOADED POTATOES  550 cals & 46g protein per portion!  For the chicken & halloumi  - 300g diced chicken breast  - 1 small diced onion  - Half a diced pepper   - half pouch Nandos peri rub    - 2tbsp Nandos medium sauce - 60g light Philadelphia   For the potatoes  - 400g maris piper potatoes   - Tsp aromat, paprika & garlic granules  - Nandos peri peri salt  Toppings  - 20g reduced fat cheddar  - 80g halloumi diced  - Tbsp chilli jam  - 30g perinaise  - chopped parsley   Start off by cooking your potatoes, cut them into small cubes, boil for 4 mins & then add to your airfryer add all the seasonings and some spray oil and cook in the airfryer for 20 minutes until they are nice and crispy.  Then dice the chicken and coat in the seasoning  & sauce. Fry off the chicken, once it has some colour add the onion and pepper, cook for a few minutes until softened. Then add a splash more peri sauce and the Philadelphia and leave this to simmer and until the chicken is cooked. Whilst that cooks, add the diced Halloumi to a pan once it’s almost finished and nice and brown on the edges, add the chilli jam and fry for another minute making sure the halloumi is evenly coated.  Once the potatoes are cooked add these to a bowl, top with the chicken, scatter over the grated cheese. TERIYAKI CHICKEN NOODLES  The perfect weekend Fakeaway, quick, easy & delicious. Has the flavours of a Chinese take out, but made at home in under 20 minutes 🥡🥢. Ingredients for 2 For the chicken: - 350g diced chicken thighs  - 2tbsp cornflour - Tsp garlic granules & paprika For the sauce: - 2tbsp teriyaki - 2 crushed garlic cloves - 3tbsp soy sauce - Pinch chilli flakes - Tsp cornflour mixed with water For the noodles - 2 nests of dry noodles - 1 sliced onion  - 2 spring onions - 2tbsp dark soy sauce - 1tbsp sesame oil Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. For the chicken use some kitchen roll to get rid of an excess moisture from the chicken. Then toss this in the cornflour and spices. Add a couple spoons of the sauce ingredients and stir. Then get a frying pan nice and hot with lots of low cal cooking spray, once the pan is hot add the chicken and make sure it’s not over crowded and try not to move the chicken too much. Leave it a good 2-3 minutes to cook on each side, so that it goes nice and crispy. When the chicken is almost cooked, reduce the heat of the pan and the sauce and leave this to simmer until it’s thickened and sticky. For the noodles, boil some water and add your noodle nests this takes around 5 minutes. In a wok fry the onion and whites of the spring onion. once soft add the greens of spring onion and cooked noodles, along with sesame oil and soy sauce and stir until the noodles are coated. PR product  For the beef (makes 4 portions) - 500g 5% beef mince   - Half a diced red onion  - 2 crushed garlic cloves  - Tbsp chopped gherkins  - 4 Cheesy slices  - 1/2 tub of passatta  - Worcestershire sauce  - 1tbsp American mustard For the potatoes: - 500g potatoes (cubed) - 1tbsp smoked paprika, aromat & garlic granules Big Mac sauce:  - 40g mayo (I used low fat) - 15g ketchup  - 1tbsp American mustard  - 1/2tsp paprika & onion granules  - Tbsp chopped pickles  Toppings: - 80g reduced fat cheese - Shredded lettuce  - Finely diced onion  - 2 chopped bacon medallions  Start off by cooking your potatoes, cut them into small cubes, boil for 4 mins. Drain and then add all the seasonings and some spray oil and cook in the airfryer for 20 minutes until they are nice and crispy. Next up fry the mince, once browned, add the diced onion, give this a good stir and then add in some salt and pepper. Next add the Worcestershire sauce, gherkins, mustard and tomato puree, mix this well and then add the cheese slices and just leave these to melt down. Cook the bacon medallions. I do mine in the airfryer. Whilst that’s cooking, boil your pasta in salted water. I add a stock cube to my pasta water, it adds extra flavour and then you can use the pasta water in your sauce. In a large frying pan, fry the pepper & onion. Once it’s soft, add in tomatoes, tomato puree, passata and some of the pasta water leave this to reduce slightly before mixing in the Philadelphia.  Fry off the halloumi in a separate pan, once it’s browned, add in the hot honey.   Once pasta is cooked, add this to the sauce with the cooked chicken. Boil for 4 minutes, then drain, pat dry and add to your aifryer basket with the seasonings. Cook for 20 minutes and finish with the honey, Parmesan and fresh parsley. For the chicken cut into thin even size strips (this helps it cook more evenly) then combine everything in a bowl leave the chicken to marinade for 10/15 minutes.  Once you’re ready thread the chicken onto skewers, I cooked mine in my airfryer, I did them at 190 for 12 minutes. Chicken & Stuffing Baguettes  Proper comfort food 🙌🏼 For two:  - 200g chicken breast  - Tsp sage, garlic granules & chicken seasoning  - 4 stuffing balls  - 2 part baked baguettes  - 20g cranberry sauce  To serve: - 300g Maris piper potatoes  - gravy (made per packet instructions)  - Tenderstem broccoli   For the potatoes, peel them and then cut into even sized roasties, pop them in some salted water and boil for 6-7 minutes. Whilst they boil, preheat your airfryer with a little oil (remove tray and just add the oil to the airfryer basket).  Drain potatoes, add some roast potato seasoning and give them a good shake. Then add to the airfryer basket & cook for around 20-25 minutes at 200, until golden and crispy.  Then add the seasoning and some spray oil to your chicken. I cooked in my airfryer for 15 mins. I also cooked my pigs in blankets and stuffing balls at the same time.  Pop the baguettes in the oven.  Mix up your gravy. Once eveything is done, i added a layer of the cranberry to the bottom of the baguettes, then topped with some chicken and then the stuffing.  Cut baguettes in half, add the pigs in blankets and use the gravy to dip into! Ad Chicken tikka biryani with curried cashews & sticky mango slaw   #Ad a nice and simple Friday Fakeaway, with @Asda UK 💚you get all the great flavours of a takeaway but without splurging or breaking the bank!    Serves 4 Less than £10.00   - 60g cashews - 1 tbsp + ¼ tsp olive or vegetable oil - 4 ½ tsp Cook by Asda Tikka Curry Powder - 2 peppers, any colour - 1 small-medium loose red onion - 1 ½ tbsp Asda Mango Chutney - ½ loose lemon, juiced - 300g Asda Chicken Breast Portions - 4-5 spring onions, finely sliced - 2 x 250g Chip Shop Curry Micro Rice - 4 mini garlic & coriander naans 1) Mix the cashews with the ¼ tsp oil, then sprinkle over ½ tsp curry powder, a little salt and pepper. Air fry for 5-7 mins at 170C (or roast for 5-7 mins at 220C/200C fan in the oven, until golden brown.   2) Meanwhile, prep the slaw. Deseed and thinly slice the peppers, thinly slice the red onion. In a bowl whisk the mango chutney with enough lemon juice to a sweet-sour dressing.   3) Cut the chicken breast chunks into small, bite-size pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan then fry the chicken for 4-5 mins, stirring until golden brown and almost cooked through. Stir in the 1 tbsp tikka curry powder for 1 min.   4) Add most of the chopped spring onions and the rice sachets, crumbled up, with a splash of water. Keep frying, breaking up the rice, until everything is hot – add a splash more water if it looks dry.   5) Heat the naans following pack instructions. At the last minute mix the mango dressing through the peppers and onions   6) Check the chicken is cooked through, then divide the chicken biryani between bowls and scatter over the rest of the spring onions, plus the crunchy tikka cashews, chopped or bashed to smaller pieces. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours, remove chicken, shred with two forks then add back to the sauce.  For the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, boil for 4 mins. Drain and then add all the seasonings and some spray oil and cook in the airfryer for 20 minutes until they are  nice and crispy. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting into 6 even squares. These can be eaten hot or cold. To serve warm, reheat and enjoy with a dollop of fat-free yogurt.
