Replying to @flvr global  Ad DORITOS LOADED STICKY CHICKEN I’ve partnered with @flvr global to make this delicious Doritos Loaded dish. #FLVR #doritos #doritosrecipe #doritosloaded  For 2-3 people you will need: Chicken: - 300g diced chicken thighs   - 1tbsp soy sauce - 1tsp garlic granules, black pepper & paprika   For the sauce: - 2tbsp honey - 1tbsp hoisin - 2tbsp rice vinegar - 3tbsp soy sauce - 1tbsp gochujang paste   - 1 diced onion - 1 diced green pepper For the nachos: - 1 bag Doritos dip or load salted tortilla chips - 2 sliced spring onions - Fresh coriander or parsley - 60g grated cheese - drizzle spicy mayo Dice the chicken nice and small and then add to a bowl with all the other chicken ingredients. Then get a large pan nice and hot with a little spray oil, add the chicken and leave it to cook without moving too much. Then add the peppers & onion to the pan and leave to cook for a few minutes until softened, next add in all of the sauce ingredients, leave this to reduce and go sticky. Deliciously Easy Yummy Meals for Everyone NANDOS CHICKEN AND HALLOUMI LOADED POTATOES  550 cals & 46g protein per portion!  For the chicken & halloumi  - 300g diced chicken breast  - 1 small diced onion  - Half a diced pepper   - half pouch Nandos peri rub    - 2tbsp Nandos medium sauce - 60g light Philadelphia   For the potatoes  - 400g maris piper potatoes   - Tsp aromat, paprika & garlic granules  - Nandos peri peri salt  Toppings  - 20g reduced fat cheddar  - 80g halloumi diced  - Tbsp chilli jam  - 30g perinaise  - chopped parsley   Start off by cooking your potatoes, cut them into small cubes, boil for 4 mins & then add to your airfryer add all the seasonings and some spray oil and cook in the airfryer for 20 minutes until they are nice and crispy.  Then dice the chicken and coat in the seasoning  & sauce. Fry off the chicken, once it has some colour add the onion and pepper, cook for a few minutes until softened. Then add a splash more peri sauce and the Philadelphia and leave this to simmer and until the chicken is cooked. Whilst that cooks, add the diced Halloumi to a pan once it’s almost finished and nice and brown on the edges, add the chilli jam and fry for another minute making sure the halloumi is evenly coated.  Once the potatoes are cooked add these to a bowl, top with the chicken, scatter over the grated cheese. Creamy Parmesan Chicken Risotto  For the risotto: - 150g dried risotto rice  - 1 diced shallot  - 3 crushed garlic cloves  - Pinch of salt & pepper   - 1tsp chilli flakes     - 70ml reduced fat cream  - 15g parmesan  - 40g sundried tomatoes  - 700ml chicken stock  For the chicken:  - Tsp aromat, Cajun & chicken seasoning  Add the seasoning to your chicken, then cook this in a frying pan for 2 mins each side, until it has golden brown sear, then finish cooking in the air fryer or oven. In the same pan fry the shallot until it’s soft (do this over a medium/ low heat so it doesn’t burn). Once soft, add in the garlic and orzo and gently fry for 2-3 minutes.  Then add in your chicken stock slowly, adding a bit at a time until all the liquid has absorbed. Once the risotto is almost done, stir through the sundried tomatoes. Leave for another minute or so and then finally add in the cream & parmsean. Scatter over the parsley before serving. KOREAN CHICKEN & EGG FRIED RICE 🌶🍜 514 cals per portion  For the chicken  - 2 chicken breast (around 300g)    - 30g panko breadcrumbs   - Tsp paprika, onion & garlic granules, salt and pepper - 50g egg whites or 1 whisked egg  For the sauce: - 1tbsp sesame oil   - 2tbsp honey   - 3tbsp soy sauce  - 2tbsp gochujang paste  - 1tsp sriracha - 1tbsp rice vinegar    For serving:  - sesame seeds  - Spring onion  Cut the chicken into small pieces, and coat this in the seasoning.  Then dip each piece in some whisked egg and then in the breadcrumbs and repeat until all the chicken was coated.   Cook in airfryer for 12-15 mins at 180.  Once the chicken is cooked, add the sauce ingredients to the pan. Once the sauce reduces slightly looks sticky, reduce the heat of the pan and just leave to simmer.  Egg fried rice: - 120g dry rice  - 50g frozen peas  - 1/4 small diced onion   - Tbsp soy sauce  - Tbsp sesame oil  - 1 egg whisked  - Tsp gochujang paste  I boil the rice, then let this drain off and leave to one side. This works best with day old rice, or if you cook on the same day make sure it’s completely cooled and the steam has gone otherwise it will make the fried rice stodgy and soggy!  Add the veggies to a wok, once soft mode to one side. Add in the egg and use a spoon to scramble this, once the egg has cooked add the cooked rice. Drain and then add all the seasonings and some spray oil and cook in the airfryer for 20 minutes until they are nice and crispy. Next up fry the mince, once browned, add the diced onion, give this a good stir and then add in some salt and pepper. Next add the Worcestershire sauce, gherkins, mustard and tomato puree, mix this well and then add the cheese slices and just leave these to melt down. Cook the bacon medallions. I do mine in the airfryer. HONEY GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN SKEWERS For 2 portions: For the chicken: - 300g chicken breast  - 1 tsp chicken seasoning, onion granules/powder, paprika & parsley  - 1tbsp honey - 10g parmesan  For the potatoes: - 400g potatoes  - Tsp smoked paprika, aromat, garlic granules & oregano  - Tbsp hot honey  - Tbsp Parmesan  Hot honey mayo: - 4tbsp light mayo  - 2tbsp hot honey  - 2tbsp sweet chilli  Cut your potatoes into chips, then add these to water. Boil for 4 minutes, then drain, pat dry and add to your aifryer basket with the seasonings. Cook for 20 minutes and finish with the honey, Parmesan and fresh parsley. For the chicken cut into thin even size strips (this helps it cook more evenly) then combine everything in a bowl leave the chicken to marinade for 10/15 minutes.  Once you’re ready thread the chicken onto skewers, I cooked mine in my airfryer, I did them at 190 for 12 minutes. Chicken: - 300g diced chicken breast  - 1tbsp soy sauce  - 10g cornflour  - 1tbsp salt & pepper seasoning  Sauce: - Tbsp rice vinegar  - 3tbsp light soy sauce  - 1tbsp chilli jam - 1tbsp honey  - 1 diced onion (save half for the chips) - 1 diced red pepper (save half for the chips)  - 2 Crushed garlic cloves  - 1 sliced Spring onions  Add chicken to a bowl with some of the salt and pepper seasoning, cornflour and tbsp soy sauce.  Then add the chicken in a large frying pan in some spray oil, leave it to cook without moving too much. Once done set to one side.  Use the same pan fry the peppers, onion and garlic. Once the veg softens, add the sauce ingredients.  Once sauce is sticky stir through the chicken!  For the salt and pepper seasoning: - 1tbsp sugar  - 1tbsp sweetener  - 0.5tbsp salt - 1tbsp chilli flakes  - 1tsp garlic powder  - 1tsp white pepper  - 1//tsp Chinese five spice  The above makes quite a lot, so I just add this to an empty jar and save for another time! 🌶🌶 For the chips: I cut some potatoes and added them to my airfryer, for 25 mins.  Whilst the chips n chicken were cooking I added the rest of the veg to a wok, with a splash of soy sauce. Once the chips were cooked I added these to the wok with a splash of soy sauce and a sprinkle of the salt n pepper marinade to make sure it was all coated! After a few mins add your garlic and fry for 30 secs.  Then add in your chicken & once your chicken has some colour all over. Add in the tomato puree & bbq sauce. Give a good mix and cook down the puree.  Add in the orzo & stock, bring this to a boil. And cover with a lid until the orzo is cooked through, should take around 15 mins. Chicken & Stuffing Baguettes  Proper comfort food 🙌🏼 For two:  - 200g chicken breast  - Tsp sage, garlic granules & chicken seasoning  - 4 stuffing balls  - 2 part baked baguettes  - 20g cranberry sauce  To serve: - 300g Maris piper potatoes  - gravy (made per packet instructions)  - Tenderstem broccoli   For the potatoes, peel them and then cut into even sized roasties, pop them in some salted water and boil for 6-7 minutes. Whilst they boil, preheat your airfryer with a little oil (remove tray and just add the oil to the airfryer basket).  Drain potatoes, add some roast potato seasoning and give them a good shake. Then add to the airfryer basket & cook for around 20-25 minutes at 200, until golden and crispy.  Then add the seasoning and some spray oil to your chicken. I cooked in my airfryer for 15 mins. I also cooked my pigs in blankets and stuffing balls at the same time.  Pop the baguettes in the oven.  Mix up your gravy. Once eveything is done, i added a layer of the cranberry to the bottom of the baguettes, then topped with some chicken and then the stuffing.  Cut baguettes in half, add the pigs in blankets and use the gravy to dip into!  NOTES:  I only had half a baguette for mine to save a few calories, but still used the full amount of chicken and stuffing so one sandwich was full size and the other (mine) was a “half baguette”    #chickenandstuffing #roastbaguette #roastdinner #fyp #ComfortFood

Ad Chicken tikka biryani with curried cashews & sticky mango slaw   #Ad a nice and simple Friday Fakeaway, with @Asda UK 💚you get all the great flavours of a takeaway but without splurging or breaking the bank!    Serves 4 Less than £10.00   - 60g cashews - 1 tbsp + ¼ tsp olive or vegetable oil - 4 ½ tsp Cook by Asda Tikka Curry Powder - 2 peppers, any colour - 1 small-medium loose red onion - 1 ½ tbsp Asda Mango Chutney - ½ loose lemon, juiced - 300g Asda Chicken Breast Portions - 4-5 spring onions, finely sliced - 2 x 250g Chip Shop Curry Micro Rice - 4 mini garlic & coriander naans 1) Mix the cashews with the ¼ tsp oil, then sprinkle over ½ tsp curry powder, a little salt and pepper. Air fry for 5-7 mins at 170C (or roast for 5-7 mins at 220C/200C fan in the oven, until golden brown.   2) Meanwhile, prep the slaw. Deseed and thinly slice the peppers, thinly slice the red onion. In a bowl whisk the mango chutney with enough lemon juice to a sweet-sour dressing.   3) Cut the chicken breast chunks into small, bite-size pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan then fry the chicken for 4-5 mins, stirring until golden brown and almost cooked through.
