✨Real TALK✨ 🔸1. People will talk – no matter what you do or don’t do. For the past four years, I’ve tried to please others by doing what I thought was the “right thing,” hoping they’d notice my hard work and dedication. The truth, which I’ve discovered through countless books and experiences, is that people are primarily focused on their own lives. They’ll talk about you regardless, so I’ve decided to embrace what I truly want to do. It might not sound groundbreaking, but sometimes, it just takes hearing the same message at the right moment to spark real change. 🔸2. A personal routine can transform your life-Over the last two years, I’ve developed a “holy routine” that reflects my faith, which is essential to me. After being hit by a car at age nine, I found Jesus, or perhaps He found me. I’ve shared in various @todayshow segments the significance of establishing a morning, evening, and work routine. Recently, I’ve elevated my game by prioritizing prayer, scripture, and engaging in daily Bible trivia with #AndrewNoIG and my mother-in-law. We cherish that time together! 🔸3. You can change what you don’t like about yourself - While we’re often encouraged to love ourselves, I wholeheartedly agree with this idea! However, I also firmly believe that if we want to change our actions or behaviors, we absolutely can. Growth comes from understanding your feelings and expressing what you truly want! 🔸4. Good friends are an invaluable lifeline - I pride myself on being a loyal person. I keep my circle small and protect those friendships fiercely. I regularly remind my close friends how much they mean to me. Healthy, loving friendships aren’t just important – they’re extraordinary! 🔸5. The time is NOW - It’s my moment to reconnect with the person I aspire to be, do the things that bring me joy, and tackle challenges head-on to pursue my dreams. I used to read opinions online that suggested my ambition was off-putting—then I realized two key things: I wouldn’t seek advice from those people, and my journey is not dictated by gossip. And don’t get me wrong good feedback will always be valuable but we have to be keen to know the difference…So LET’S GOOOO!!!
