Say “YUM” if you would eat this 3-Ingredient Zero Point Spinach Wrap 🤤 That’s perfect for @weightwatchers 🙌 

How to make it: 
 
1. Blend a handful of spinach with 2 eggs and spread on a parchment lined baking sheet. 

2. Top with everything bagel seasoning and bake @ 400F for 20 mins. Take it out, add turkey, veggies and your favorite zero point sauce. Roll it up and enjoy!

I recently downloaded the @weightwatchers app because I kept getting questions about how many Points my recipes had, and if my recipes were WeightWatchers friendly! It turns out, after a week of logging my food, my usual calorie/macro goals are perfectly aligned with WeightWatchers because I found myself ending the day with between 0-3 points left every day 🙌

So if you are someone who finds the typical “measure every calorie” approach to weight loss overwhelming. WeightWatchers is a great way to simplify things and get started on your health journey! Brine Ingredients: 
300g apple cider vinegar
6 cups water
black peppercorn 
1 onion 
10 garlic Cloves

KBBQ Marinade: 
20lb turkey
100g soy sauce
30g sesame oil
8cloves garlic
50g brown sugar
1 onion
1 Korean Pear or Apple

Tip: when making the compoud butter, use a korean bbq marinade from a jar. Its more concentrated and better for glazing as well 

STEP BY STEP: 

Brine your turkey for 10-24 hours

Pat it dry

Seperate the skin from the flesh and put in a generous amount of KBBQ compound butter under the skin

Oven at 350 for 4-5 hours

Baste every hour and put the cover back on

For the last hour, glaze the whole turkey with KBBQ sauce and in the oven for an additional 45min to 1 hour

Let is rest for 20 minutes

Enjoy!

- 1 Point Per Serving (Without Rice) 

Ingredients 🍗: 
- 48oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (1360g)
- 28oz Canned Crushed Tomatoes (795g)
- 1 Cup Diced White Onion (150g)
- 2 Tbsps Garam Masala (14g)
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar (15g)
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic (10g)
- 1 Tbsp Salt (15g)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (10g)
- 0.5 Tsp Ground Coriander (2g)
- 0.5 Tsp Cumin (2g)
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt (0% Fat) (225g)

Freezing Instructions ❄️:
