Would you visit!!? Barbados owes me NOTHING 😭🔥
Pulled up for the @foodandrumbarbados with @visitbarbados and I swear I need a recovery day for every drink I had. 😂🍹
Food? 10/10. Fun? 12/10. Rum? …just know it was PUNCHING.
Rise n rum started at 4AM (yes, FOUR AM). Unlimited food, unlimited drinks, ocean breeze, and when we got too hot? We ran to the beach and hopped on jet skis mid-party. Who does that?! 😭🌊
Stayed at @coconutcourtbeachhotel — waking up to ocean views is so disrespectfully beautiful.
Then @chefcreig_246 taught me how to cook real Bajan dishes… this man is a Barbados legend.
If you saw my viral NYC Bajan food video… just know this is the REAL upgrade.
Should I do Part 2? I have TOO MUCH CONTENT. 👀🔥✈️

I lived in Barbados for 3 years — and these are the places most tourists completely miss 🇧🇧👇
When people think of Barbados, they usually picture resorts and beaches.
But the island is SO much more than that.
Some of our favorite memories are exploring the wild east coast, hidden hikes, caves, historic sites, and places we never would’ve found on a typical vacation itinerary.
Here are a few spots that deserve way more attention:
📍 Elephant Trunk
One of the coolest rock formations on the island — especially at sunrise.
📍 Changing of the Sentry
A beautiful piece of Barbados history that many visitors never see, but happens weekly!
📍 Picture Hole Hike
One of the BEST hidden adventure spots on the island. A really fun East Coast hike.
📍 Morgan Lewis Windmill
A historic sugar windmill with sweeping east coast views.
📍 Shark Hole
Tiny hidden beach with calm water that feels completely tucked away.
📍 Welchman Hall Gully
Lush tropical walking trails where you can often spot monkeys and go zip lining
📍 Bathsheba Sea Pools
Natural pools hidden along the rugged east coast with incredible views.
📍 HARP Gun
A fascinating Cold War-era site hidden in Barbados.
📍 Charles Fort
Historic military ruins overlooking Carlisle Bay with incredible ocean views.
📍 Coles Cave
A rugged underground cave system most travelers never even hear about.
