@ilonamaher & the new menu 😜 Spent about an hour talking with Ilona. Hearing her story was inspiring. But more than anything she was sharp, funny, and completely herself. While we were talking people kept coming up to her. One after another. And she never rushed it. Every person got a real moment. You could see the impact she’s had on people. No ego, just genuine connection. Now I get why people love her. I’m a fan. Same day! We launch our new sandwiches, which has been a hit too, which makes me so pumped up. I love the process of building things with my team, chasing flavors, putting advanced flavors in the middle of two slices of bread that we actually believe in, and watching people enjoy it. That’s the high I keep chasing!
