Every time I think of software as a service as a core, what I initially think of it is buying a subscription. And you can use the tool to do whatever you need without the assistance of another person setting it up for you.

We were honing it in on ecommerce when we came across the Foreplay API. I was like this is insane, there's a lot of stuff we can do with this. And we've essentially made it a part of our product.

I think in SaaS, a lot of brands don't have the customer base because a sales call is required, just to understand the product.
