Spike Curveball Grip 🔨 Index Finger Nail in the middle of the seam for me.. puts my hand in a better position to use the middle finger to pull down on that seam while staying supinated (karate chop) for as long as possible Much more efficient pitch when I drop my release slot since my wrist tends to flex early when I’m over the top Over the years I’ve become more of a “tight grip” guy with my breaking pitches but when I was younger I specifically remember being really loose with my grips — definitely personal preference on whatever feels comfortable & gives you the best results What app is that - @pitchlogic ✅ (Discount - ROBBY10) #robbyrowthrows #curveball #pitchlogic

HARD THROWERS vs SOFT THROWERS The Biggest Mechanical Differences ⚡️ The dudes that throw harder than you have the ability to not only build more energy throughout the delivery but also release that energy in the shortest potential window of time There’s obviously a whole heckuva lot more that goes into it but from my observations we can attribute a lot of hard throwers throwing hard due to the leveraged postures they find themselves in Scap Load at True Anchor Point Hard part is it’s not just a “position/posture” thing we should be chasing. That posture is a byproduct of a lot of different things centered around the way you specifically move and how much stability you have to accomplish those movements.
