Thanksgiving leftovers? Transform them into mashed potato tacos. 🦃🌮

-2 cups mashed potatoes
-1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-2 tbsp. flour
-leftover turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce & gravy

Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, shredded cheese and flour. Mix well.
3. Cut squares out of parchment paper, then spread the potato mixture into rounds on each square. Set onto a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes then transfer each potato round to the back of a muffin pan to form shells.
5. Once formed, fill with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. 
6. Serve with gravy and enjoy!

Never knew what true love was until we met a boozy tiramisu brownie. 😌☕

Ingredients (serves two martini glasses):
- Brownies (box mix or homemade both work totally fine!)
- 1.5 oz. coffee liqueur
- 1 tbs. mascarpone
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 oz. Baileys
- 2 tsps. sugar
- cocoa powder
- espresso beans

Steps:
1. Bake brownies then allow to cool
2. Use a martini glass to cut out a slice of the brownie that will perfectly fit in the glass
3 Puncture holes into the top of the brownie with a fork, then pour coffee liqueur on top
4. Set your martini glass to the side and in a separate dish combine mascarpone, heavy cream, Baileys, and sugar
5. Use a high intensity frother or a hand mixer until whipped cream consistency has formed
6. Spread boozy mascarpone topping on top of brownie
7. Sift cocoa powder on top of tiramisu brownies then garnish each with 3 espresso beans
8. Serve and enjoy!

-6 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tbsp. fresh thyme
-1/4 cup flour
-2.75 cups chicken stock
-3/4 cup heavy cream or milk
-2 large chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
-1 cup frozen peas
-salt & pepper to taste
-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
-2 sheets puff pastry, cut into small squares
-egg wash
-flaky salt & fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large pot melt butter then add carrots and onions and cook until softened, about 10 minutes.
2. Stir in garlic and thyme, then cook for a few minutes before mixing in flour.
3. Slowly pour in chicken broth, then add heavy cream and simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
4. Stir in chicken, peas and seasonings, then remove from heat.
5. Divide into mini pie dishes, top each with puff pastry squares, brush with egg wash, then bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
6. Garnish with flaky salt and thyme, then serve.
