The moment I started detangling with shampoo is when I started seeing a visible difference in how my hair operates. Top three benefits I’ve noticed so far - 1. It cuts my wash day down to 30-45 mins. For me that’s HUGE! 2. The slip allows for easy detangling without tugging which results in less shedding 3. All the products I apply after that will penetrate the hair follicles easier and faster without using a ton of it Did you know about this? And why didn’t you tell me sooner?!

Idk but I think I may have mastered my perm rod set with this one🤭. 3 things I’ve learned doing perm rods: 〰️do not air dry! (At least not all the way). It’s important to seal the products in with heat first before air drying 〰️make sure it’s all the way dry before taking it down. Your curls will be more defined and will last longer 〰️don’t use a heavy leave-in conditioner before mousse. It’ll weigh down your curls & it won’t be as defined. Literally so proud of how it came outttt😭

Sometimes I’ll use it twice depending on how bad my scalp buildup is. Otherwise, I’ll just go straight in with a hydrating shampoo. I’ve been loving the hydrating curl shampoo from @olaplex and finally finish with a deep conditioner. This honey Creme moisture retention hair mask from @designessentials completely changed my hair chemistry & it’s only $20?! From there, we style but honestly… after doing this routine you’ll see a visible difference after just 1 wash!
