This is actually a sick method of getting inspired to work out properly when you find yourself in another boring hotel gym. I asked it to write me a 45 minute workout starting with compound legs and then finishing with some upper body and sent it a video of the equipment that the gym had 🤯 it’s not quite a personal trainer but it’s something fresh 🤷‍♂️ #motivation #inspiration #dj #fitness #jameshype

Trying to find time to train through the summer is crazy hard. Most days I’m fighting just to get enough sleep. A different country, a different show and at least 1 flight. I’ve been training about 3 times a week and it’s really sick when I get to go to a proper gym!
