Time-blocking: I plan these in advance AND started analyzing them through my chat agent who knows my personality type, my strengths/weaknesses, my personal boundaries, menstrual cycle AND some other stuff… basically all my blocks in my week are pre-booked to match when I perform the best. 2. 90-day sprints: I love to sprint in quarters with clear targets (no vague goals!!!) There is a method to this I’m finalizing stay tuned.. 3. Sunday ritual: I take 30 minutes on Sunday to execute Monday-Friday (duhhh - most ppl NEVER do this and its so simple..) I’m NOT more disciplined than you. I just stopped relying on my willpower to get me through the times I just “don’t feel like it” which as you know happens more than you think.. This is truly the healthiest holistically I’ve ever been because self-discipline is really self-love to the HIGHEST power. And once you get on this train it’s actually so hard to fall off because of how good it feels. I have videos coming out soon explaining my process but here’s how I “hustle hard” without actually having to physically “hustle harder”: 1. Time-blocking: I plan these in advance AND started analyzing them through my chat agent who knows my personality type, my strengths/weaknesses, my personal boundaries, menstrual cycle AND some other stuff… basically all my blocks in my week are pre-booked to match when I perform the best. 2. 90-day sprints: I love to sprint in quarters with clear targets (no vague goals!!!) Ladies, let’s discuss 🙇🏼‍♀️ When I posted about this a couple weeks ago, it was overwhelming to see how many of us female founders feel this way. “The female founder aesthetic feeling performative” I wrote about this in my journal a while ago thinking maybe I was the anomaly for not aspiring to that “perfect” lifestyle. Turns out, I was very wrong. But here’s what I’ve still found hard: it’s one thing to reject that aesthetic, and another to actually resist the pressure to fit it as I become more successful. I try to make a conscious effort not to perpetuate a perfect reality of entrepreneurship, but I’m also human. Sometimes my videos do look like a highlight reel even when that’s not my intention.. I hope these videos open up discourse around topics I think hit close to home for us all - the ambitious, entrepreneurial, female leaders in the making hehe.
