One of the best trips away with my best friends to Peru! 1. Being up in the clouds at Machu Picchu felt ETHEREAL 2. Alpacas EVERYWHERE 3. We went through literally every type of climate 4. But the views were continuously worth it 5. Cusco was the coolest city, the entire thing is over 3,000m above sea level in the mountains 6. Hopped over to the Amazon rainforest, looking for alligators and more 7. Failed on the alligator hunt, but did manage to catch a tiger fish as consolation 8. Amazon rainforest treetop views were magical (and a near-death experience to get to) 9. Cruising on Amazon riverboats (almost everyone’s hats flew off their heads and will never be seen again 🥲) 10. Jungle exploring 11. Found a ginger plant, which is a natural shampoo people still use! 12. Trying local oranges and limes (WAY more sour than western ones), which form the basis of ceviche 13. Even more vistas 14. Squad photo 😎
