Follow this trail on your first or next visit to this Asian food hall. 🗣️ALLEY 51 📍10500 Centrum Pkwy, Pineville, NC ▪️Recommended ✨Highly Recommended 💜Miss Black Foodie Fave 🥢SAIGON CAFÉ – serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine 💜Pork Bao Buns (3 count - $10) – steamed buns filled with savory pork and topped with sliced veggies 💜Summer Rolls (2 count - $6) - fresh rice paper rolls filled with herbs, veggies, and shrimp 🥢MOCHINUT – a bakery that serves Mochi donuts, Korean corn dogs, drinks and more ✨Half & Half with Sugar Coating ($6.25)- Korean Corn Dog coated in rice flour batter that is 1/2 dog and 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Since I’m not either, it was a winner on my tongue.      💜 Mafaldine-  grilled shrimp, Calabrian cream, pistachio gremolata – this dish shines in so many areas. Plentiful portion, generous amount of large shrimp, while the pistachios provide added crunch and the nutty flavor enhances the dish’s savoriness.
