Follow this trail on your first or next visit to this Asian food hall. 🗣️ALLEY 51 📍10500 Centrum Pkwy, Pineville, NC ▪️Recommended ✨Highly Recommended 💜Miss Black Foodie Fave 🥢SAIGON CAFÉ – serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine 💜Pork Bao Buns (3 count - $10) – steamed buns filled with savory pork and topped with sliced veggies 💜Summer Rolls (2 count - $6) - fresh rice paper rolls filled with herbs, veggies, and shrimp 🥢MOCHINUT – a bakery that serves Mochi donuts, Korean corn dogs, drinks and more ✨Half & Half with Sugar Coating ($6.25)- Korean Corn Dog coated in rice flour batter that is 1/2 dog and 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Once deep fried, it is then coated in sugar. 🥢AHAAN LAO – a pop up vendor at Itaewon serving Lao street food. ✨Pork Belly Laab ($16.95) – crispy pork belly sliced with loads of herbs, rice powder, red chili peppers, and lime juice served with lettuce, cucumber, cilantro and mints ✨Jasmine Rice ($3) 🥢GREAT WALL CHINESE KITCHEN 💜Crispy Roast Pork Rice Plate ($14.95) 🥢HONEYCOW ▪️Biscoff Crumble Croffle ($3.75)- Signature croffle with Honeycow original whip, caramel drizzle, Biscoff crumble ▪️Nutella Croffle ($3.75)- Signature Croffle topped with Honeycow vanilla whip cream, Nutella drizzle and chocolate powder MBF Note: Although my croffles were room temp and hard, the toppings were mere perfection, which is why I still recommend these items. Although menu items should be consistent throughout the day, there’s a chance when you visit that you may not have this experience. 🥢HONEY BUN CAFÉ 💜Peach Lime Punch Tea ($7.50, with boba pearls +$0.75)

KRAVE 489 - I started a new job on March 2nd, so I decided to celebrate with a solo dinner at the grand opening of the newest restaurant in Rock Hill, which was held on Wednesday, March 4th. The restaurant is very stylish with an atmosphere I would call upscale casual. I was highly impressed by not only the menu offerings, but also the taste and presentation of the menu items I ordered. 📍489 S. Herlong, Ste 10-11, Rock Hill, SC 💻 katchseafood.com 📲 @krave.489 ✨Highly Recommended 💜 Miss Black Foodie Fave ▪️MOCKTAILS: 💜Strawberry Daiquiri ($8) 💜Krave Punch ($8) ▪️SMALL PLATES: 💜Street Corn Ribs ($10) - served with chipotle crema, Cotija cheese and cilantro - excellent texture and flavor 💜Crispy Calamari ($14) - House-bread calamari, blistered tomatoes, banana peppers, served with zesty remoulade. - Loved the crispiness, well-seasoned. ▪️ENTREES: ✨Lamb Burger ($18) - Whipped feta, roasted red peppers, 6-oz. lamb patty, arugula - served medium and the flavor paired well with the whipped feta ✨Tempura Lobster Roll ($34) - Tempura-battered lobster, ginger miso aioli, spicy mayo - Plentiful amount of lobster, great combination of flavors. ▪️SIDE (S): 💜Mac + Cheese ($8) - a shareable dish for 2-3. This is one of the best mac + cheese dishes I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant. It is all because of the smoky cheesy flavor of the cheese sauce. This will be a staple at every visit.
