Some morning intentions to start the day: ⬇️😇🫂💛💭🌞 Good morning world, thank you for another beautiful day. With a grateful heart and open mind, I look forward to what today might bring. I’ll pour love into the people around me and savour the moments we might share. I’ll approach every conversation with kindness and curiosity, and hold my hand up when I get something wrong. If something doesn’t go my way, I’ll choose to focus on the good and let go of things I can’t control. When I feel myself getting lost in future thoughts, I’ll take a breath and remind myself of what’s important right now. Thank you for giving me another chance to be here and to see the people I love. This day already feels special because they’re in it. Ps. I often enjoy saying intentions like these to myself in the morning because I find it helps ground me and sets the mood for the day. It kind of feels like I’m making a promise to myself for the day ahead which definitely helps with staying focused on what matters most to me. (I like saying a greeting to start but if that feels weird you can skip that part😊) 🙏🏽
