Did I actually find this machine in the garbage? 👇 But first…why would anyone throw away an espresso machine? Well, seems like this isn’t rare as many people get frustrated not being able to make good coffee with it. Yeah, most people just sell it. Or give it away. But in the end, it’s all due to the same reason. Thousands of coffee lovers buy their first machine believing it will just work. But if you don’t know the basics of good espresso… …you’ll make a subpar cup at best… …or an absolutely disgusting drink at worst. Surely, nothing like that latte you enjoy at your local cafe. Espresso is a journey, and one worth taking. You just need to be patient, and if you like, hit follow and let’s be part of that journey together! You should follow me if you own a Breville 🤭 This hidden setting could fix your espresso. But here’s a couple extra tips 👇 - Always use freshly roasted beans - Make sure you’re tamping firm enough - Aim for a 25-30 second extraction as a starting point - Go finer if none of this helped… This is not a “mandatory” adjustment, and depending on your coffee you might not need to do it. But I’d prefer it came like that as standard so there’s a finer range in the grinder. Share this video with someone who just got a Breville!

If you’re using the same beans, and want to keep them fresher, is good to single dose and clean your grinder more frequently. Not the most convenient thing, but worth trying!

I don’t know if it’s the fact that I can grind for ANY brewing method with it, or if it’s the simplicity of grinding by weight and not even having to reach out for a scale… but the Fiorenzato AllGround Sense is a staple in my bar and I can’t seem to let it go!
