The car was optioned with the 5 speed Tiptronic Sport Transmission, the Sport Chronograph package, and a Porsche Fire Extinguisher! Not your every day 987 Cayman… This is the 987 Cayman R, only 1400 units were made of this car and it featured a 3.4 Liter flat 6 producing 330 horsepower which is more than its little brother, the Cayman S, while also being lighter by over 120 pounds! This specific example was equipped with a PDK from the factory making your shifts lightning fast. The 987 Cayman R shaved 4 seconds off of the 987 Cayman S’s 7:59 on the Nurburgring back in 2012 leaving it with a time of 7:55!
