This story isn’t about fitness. It’s about identity. 

When I was a kid, I was overweight—and terrified of taking my shirt off in public. The beach felt like a nightmare, not because of the water, but because I didn’t want anyone to see my body.

I felt ashamed.
But my dad didn’t let me run from that moment. He’d make me take my shirt off— not because he didn’t see how I felt—but because he was proud of me exactly as I was. And he wanted me to learn to carry that pride myself. Not to embarrass me, but to remind me: 
You can’t wait for the world to accept you before you start accepting yourself.

That moment planted a seed.

Eventually, I changed my life. I changed my body. But not for applause. Not for validation.
I changed because I didn’t want to feel like a stranger in my own skin anymore.

Now, that’s what now I try to give back.

That’s also why I train people today. To remind you: Your body can change. Your story can change.And most importantly—your relationship with yourself can change.
I created GMT to be a method—but also a mindset. A reminder that change starts when you stop training for appearance, and start training for ownership.

So this summer, don’t waste money on a new swimsuit to feel more “confident”
Invest in yourself—your strength, your health, and your mindset.

10 Years ago - 10 Days Transformation

This is when I wanted to literally try everything on my own skin. Is it really possible to look different in 10 days? Even after my personal test 😂 the answer is yes 👍🏼 
10 days to look like in the first picture, turning my body condition at the worst possible (zero training, little water, sleep deprivation, any food limitation, high stress levels…) and then 10 days of scrupulous perfection.
 

People think transformations are magic. They’re not. They’re math. 1+1 will always = 2.
But most people won’t believe it until the proof hits them in the mirror—or in black and white on a DEXA scan.

This 10-day transformation? It’s not about losing 10 lbs, it’s not about a healthier life, It’s just about precision:
	•	Playing with carbs to refill or deplete glycogen
	•	Dialing water and sodium to manage retention
