2 leeks (white + light green parts, sliced)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 cup heavy cream
grated parmesan
zest of 1 lemon
banza brown rice spaghetti
½ cup pasta water
salt + black pepper instructions:
cook pasta in salted water, reserve some pasta water.
cook leeks in butter + olive oil on medium-low until soft and slightly caramelized (about 15–20 min), add a pinch of salt halfway add garlic, cook 1 min pour in cream, simmer 2–3 min add pasta, parmesan, lemon zest + a splash of pasta water, toss until glossy finish with lemon zest, black pepper, and more parmesan makes for great leftovers #banzapartner #dinner #easyrecipe
