10 niche design styles to reach for when everything you make is starting to look the same 👇 1. Thermal Scan — heatmap colour with infrared-style labels; colour pop, but cold and scientific. 2. Silhouette Double-Exposure — a figure filled with landscape, calm serif layout; the scene inside the silhouette is the message. 3. Indigo Grain — heavy grain + one deep indigo. That’s it. The constraint is the style. 4. Pixel-Sort Glitch — pixels smeared into streaks, one piece of crisp type on top; broken on purpose. 5. Muted Editorial — earthy tones, elegant serif, lots of space; reads expensive without a single loud element. 6. Concrete Poetry — the words form the shape of the subject; type is the image. 7. Whimsical Doodle — curly hand-drawn lettering 8.
