Some people make soup. We did this. 🍨 Snow Ice Cream ❄️🍪 Ingredients: 1 cup milk, 1 cup heavy cream, ¾ cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla, pinch of salt, crush-ins (Oreos for us!), fresh snow + a sprinkle of salt. How to: Make a dent in fresh snow, sprinkle with salt. Whisk milk, cream, sugar, vanilla & pinch of salt in a bowl until thick (~5 min). Stir in crush-ins. Keep mixing and freezing in snow until desired texture (soft-serve or freeze 4+ hrs for thicker ice cream).
