Sigh. The video is probably not what you think it is... but that doesn't make it OK. Donald Trump gave a speech at the Detroit Economic Club, and one moment from it is going mega viral. During his remarks, the 79-year-old began grunting repeatedly, reaching for his neck, and gesticulating his head in-between giggles. Without context, viewers grew increasingly concerned online. Then, the full context unraveled. You see, during this specific part of Trump's speech, he is actually mocking former president Joe Biden, whose office announced in May 2025 that he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. This knowledge set off critics who called the mimicry an "unnecessary and cruel taunt," writing, "Trump HUMILIATES himself, doing a mocking cough of President Biden, who has cancer, to a room sitting in stunned silence."
