Today I turn 34.   I definitely don’t have everything figured out.   But after building Gymshark for almost half my life, these are a few lessons that have stuck with me.   Most of them came from mistakes. I remember standing in that room watching hundreds of you show up for a brand that was still figuring everything out. It was chaotic, emotional, completely overwhelming… and it changed everything for me. That day was the real start of Gymshark retail.   Since then, every pop-up has pushed us forward.
