Bad Hambres 3.0 Same burritos. New packaging. It was always the goal to get custom packaging (that checked the FDA compliance boxes). The catch is it’s not cheap and order minimums are insanely high. We honestly weren’t sure we’d get here bootstrapped, so this one feels like a win. Also, bittersweet. We loved the paper wrappers, so did you. We’re not plastic people, but the paper could get soggy and didn’t protect your burritos against air in your freezer. We had to make the change, but it was going to be on our terms. The packaging still had to have soul, nothing you’d pick up in the freezer aisle, tied to our roots in the Southwest, and built around what you told us matters most. Bonus points, it locks in flavor, fits in your freezer door, and finally has the nutrition facts and cooking instructions. We’re still learning as we go, but this is a level up. Crazy to think we started in our home kitchen. Thanks for building this with us. P.S. If you miss the paper wrappers, they’ll be back for collabs... for now.
