welcome back to ep 5 of the No-Bake Protein Treats series featuring @alohamoment plant-based protein! today we’re making 5-INGREDIENT PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH SQAURES. they’re completely gluten-free, dairy-free, and even vegan! these cookie dough squares are a delicious little no-bake treat with 15 grams of protein. here’s how to make ‘em:
 
For the protein cookie dough layer:
1 cup Aloha Vanilla Protein Powder
½ cup almond flour
½ cup creamy cashew butter or peanut butter
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
½ cup chocolate chips
For the chocolate layer:
1 cup chocolate chips
¼ cups creamy cashew butter or peanut butter
 
1. Line a 9×5-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Make the cookie dough layer by mixing together the Aloha Vanilla Protein Powder, almond flour, cashew or peanut butter, and melted coconut oil in a large bowl. Add in the chocolate chips and mix until they’re evenly distributed throughout the dough.
3. Transfer the dough to your prepared baking pan and press it into an even layer.
4. Make the chocolate layer by melting the chocolate chips and peanut or cashew butter in the microwave in 30 second increments. Stir together until smooth, then pour and spread the chocolate into an even layer on top of the cookie dough.
5. Transfer the baking pan to the freezer for one hour, then remove and slice into squares.

1 cup oat flour
1 cup Aloha Vanilla Protein Powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup non-dairy milk
½ cup maple syrup
2 eggs
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
 
1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the non-dairy milk, maple syrup, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
3. Add in the oat flour, Aloha Vanilla Protein Powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until everything is just combined.
4. Fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
5. Pour ¼ cup of batter into each individual muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted down the center of one muffin comes out clean.
6. Remove muffins from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
(makes 12 muffins)

welcome back to episode 4 of the JUST ADD PROTEIN series featuring @alohamoment plant-based protein! today we’re making CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BANANA BREAD with over 9 grams of plant-based protein per slice. this protein banana bread is soft, perfectly sweet, entirely gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened with maple syrup! here’s how to make it:
 
1 ½ cups mashed banana (about 3 bananas)
¼ cup non-dairy milk
¼ cup maple syrup
2 eggs, at room temperature
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
1 cup Aloha Chocolate Protein Powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup chocolate chips
 
1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit and line a 9x4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
3. Add in the oat flour, Aloha Chocolate Protein Powder, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix until the batter is completely smooth and combined.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips until they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter, then transfer the batter to your prepared loaf pan.
5. Bake the banana bread for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted down the center of the banana bread comes out clean. Remove the banana bread from the oven and let cool completely before slicing.

PROTEIN MUDDY BUDDIES with over 10g of protein per serving! they’re the same classic peanut butter and chocolatey treat we all know and love, with an added boost of Aloha’s plant based chocolate protein powder. perfectly sweet, crunchy, and totally easy to make! here’s how to make it:

6 cups rice chex cereal
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil, or butter
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup Aloha chocolate protein powder
 
1. Place the rice chex cereal in a large bowl.
2. Add the powdered sugar and protein powder to a large zip-top bag, seal the bag and shake to combine the sugar and the protein powder.
3. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat add the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil. Stir continuously until the chocolate has melted and is completely smooth.
4. Remove from the heat and pour the melted chocolate over the rice chex cereal. Stir to coat the cereal in the chocolate.
5. Transfer the chocolate-coated cereal into the bag with the powdered sugar and protein powder, then seal the bag and shake until the cereal is fully coated in powder.
6. Open the bag and pour the cereal onto a large baking sheet. Spread the cereal into an even layer on the sheet, then let it cool completely before storing.
