How do you turn a bold red grape into a white wine? 🍇 It starts with the press.
A behind-the-scenes look at our Blanc to Franc harvest. While Cabernet Franc is traditionally known for red wines, the juice inside the grape is actually clear. To keep it that way, grapes are immediately and gently pressed to separate the juice from the skins before they can impart any colour.
The result is fermented at a cool temperature and kept in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, vibrant character.
Expect notes of golden apricot, raspberry, blood orange, grapefruit, and red candy.
