How do you turn a bold red grape into a white wine? 🍇 It starts with the press. A behind-the-scenes look at our Blanc to Franc harvest. While Cabernet Franc is traditionally known for red wines, the juice inside the grape is actually clear. To keep it that way, grapes are immediately and gently pressed to separate the juice from the skins before they can impart any colour.
