Spend enough time with people who say maybe later, and life slows down.

Spend time with people who say let’s do it, and suddenly everything feels possible.

Most people think happiness comes from big milestones.

In reality it often comes from small moments shared with the right people.

Moment of silence for my fallen hybrid rockstars

Love any amount of exercise but it is pretty crazy to see the number of injuries coming off the back of people training for events back to back to back. Just a quiet reminder that even the elites have off seasons and don’t go marathon to hyrox to half marathon to ultra in 3 months.

Be sate out there folks. The goal is do what you love for longer

You don’t need to be ready, you just need to start.

When I started 75 Hard, I wasn’t chasing aesthetics or followers I was chasing discipline and I knew if I could build that offline, I could document it online.

So I launched a new account.

No niche. No strategy. Just a commitment to show up every day.

Training, meals, mindset shifts.

I was documenting all of it.

Eventually, I got clearer on what made me different my background, my values, where I was headed and that became my USP.

Then I created a simple free resource based on what helped me most, didn’t wait for the perfect funnel, just launched it messy.

Collected emails and that list turned into warm leads eventually turning into income.

Started with time-based offers and over time refined them, built systems around them & scaled from there.

Comment “PLAYBOOK” and I’ll send you the exact steps I followed to hit 100k in 100 days.

Most people mistake intensity for health.

Running yourself into the ground might make you feel disciplined, but it’s not sustainable.

You don’t need endless zone 4 cardio or brutal sessions to look and feel your best.

Longevity comes from consistency, not chaos.

Walk more. Lift heavy. Sleep well. Eat real food.

You’ll look better, move better, and feel sharper without burning out your body.

Health isn’t about punishment. It’s about performance that lasts.

✅ 1. Decide: Are You Documenting or Positioning as an Authority?
– Documentation builds trust (showing the journey)
– Authority builds influence (teaching the path)
– Most stay stuck “sharing their story” forever few step up and lead with clarity

✅ 2. Create Content That Speaks to One Person.
– Understand your ICP’s silent thoughts, daily frustrations, and future they wish they had
– Write like you're coaching your past self same fears, same doubts, same dreams
– Handle objections in your content so they feel seen and sold without the pitch

✅ 3. Build a FEEDBACK LOOP, not a follower count
– Track save-to-like and share-to-view ratios weekly
– Study why top posts worked (hook, format, emotion, timing)
– Don’t create in a vacuum. Let the data sharpen the message.

✅ 4. Build a Repeatable Content Engine (Not Just a Posting Habit)
– 1 idea = 5–10 assets (carousel, reel, thread, email, story)
– Leverage is better than hustle: batch, repurpose, automate
– Track what converts not just what goes viral

✅ 5. Stay Consistent
– 5–7 high-leverage posts per week. No exceptions.
– Build systems, not streaks (templates, batching, automation)
– Most people quit at 90 days. The ones who stay 180+? They scale.

Day 1 ✔️
The people most likely to live to 100 don’t obsess over the latest health trends.

Scientists have spent decades studying Sardinia, one of the world’s five Blue Zones, where people are far more likely to become centenarians than in most developed countries.

They don’t spend all day chasing biohacks.

They walk, eat real food, laugh often, spend time with family, and stay deeply connected to their community.

Maybe the greatest longevity hack isn’t another habit to add.

Maybe it’s returning to the basics.

Had a few people ask why I stopped wearing whoop. No bad blood, incredible marketing and product just didn’t see the value anymore. We are over optimised and under humanised just look at Byran Johnson.

Prediction: movement away from wearables as we bounce back to remembering to live life again.

$10m in revenue is not $10m in profit. As you scale your margins go down, it’s just part of life. Here is a breakdown on some of my expenses

Remember you gotta spend money to make money. Most coaching / info businesses you can scale at a 50-60% margin if done right but costs do blow out as you scale.

I don’t own a fancy car or house. Instead of I back myself to 100x return on my business. Bootstrapping an app to $100m val is no joke. Let’s run it.

2.6m followers but couldn’t sell a single shirt…

Influencer marketing is dead.

I’ve seen it time and time again. Fitness coaches with millions of followers barely able to crack a $10k month.

Followers ≠ distribution.

The sooner you connect this in your head the sooner you will realise you are fighting an uphill battle.

Meta is constantly devaluing organic followings, weakening distribution by letting your followers see less and less of your content.

The outcome?

Shift to paid ads (meta’s most profitable arm). The biggest brands know this. Comfrt, Haus, Promix, Rythm are all building empires off this shift.

The next billion dollar brands and million dollar creators will be made from this play:

1) source creators to make killer ads
2) incentive them with performance upside
3) run their ads to the moon

Everyone gets paid. Repeat.

As the #1 agency on Trybe (biggest UGC platform) we paid our creators over $250,000 in creator earnings in the last 30 days. We’re constantly training and hiring new skilled creators in the space. Comment “UGC” to learn more.

Of course it’s performative. You’re talking to a camera and pretending there’s a person on the other side.

But that’s the point.

It never really stops feeling awkward. Even now, I still check who’s around or glance over my shoulder before I start filming.

It doesn’t change, you just get better at tolerating the short term discomfort because you’ve seen what comes from it.

There’s a reason most creators default to filming at home or in their car. It removes friction, not the feeling.

Content is, and always will be, performative.

So lean into it. The trade off of a little short term embarrassment is 100% worth it.

In the moment, it feels like life is moving against you.

But with enough time, you often realise it was moving you somewhere better.

Most fitness creators think the only way to make money online is to build a huge following first.

It isn’t.

There are four main ways fitness creators monetize:
💪🏽 Coaching, sell your expertise
🎁 Sponsorships, sell access to your audience
🔗 Affiliate, sell someone else’s product
✅ Performance UGC, sell your creativity

The first three usually require an audience, customers, or consistent organic reach.

Performance UGC changes the equation.
You create ads for brands. They fund the media spend. If your creative performs, you get paid based on that performance.

✅ No huge following required.
✅ No need to post it on your own page.
✅ No need to become a coach.

We’re currently looking for more fitness creators to work with brands through our agency.

DM me “UGC” and I’ll send you the details.
