the silky smooth microwave omelette. this only takes an egg, in my case two eggs, bout a table spoon of kewpie mayo, nuke it for 1:45 minutes, top with some goat cheese and scallions. thanks mr hardy for always believing in me.

need ya input on this. what else would be good with fried brussels? they’re a really good vessel for any sauce when fried crispy. some nashville hot, some franks red hot. a celery dill remoulade.
